I am a player of the server LATAM (Spanish) and I am very annoying with our situation.

Our CM (Matias Emiliano Rudaz) is an incompetent and has never known how to handle the community.

1 year and 5 months ago, the Spanish server was launched and since then there is an indescribable disorder.

 

1. There are only 3 helpers in the game (just because we press the CM, but now he does not respond) and the moderators can not suspend anyone in the game chat. The chat is full of insults, clutter, provocations, attempts to obtain the password, other account information or other personal information from any other player, etc. etc. 

 

2. The support always takes more than 1 week to reply to the emails of the players. 

If a player has an urgent issue (account theft, password change, etc.) he has to wait more than 7 days (sometimes 20 days) to receive a response ... really? THIS CAN NOT BE!!

 

3. There are no contests or tournaments as in other communities, our forum is abandoned and with many flaws (there are no forum moderators) and consequently there are many topics and posts that must be eliminated.

 

That and more problems we have, please help us, Can you fire our CM? Please change our CM or do something...

I can give the evidence if you ask me. (screenshots or whatever you ask me)

I'm a spanish player too, i agrre mostly except a few things.

1) mods can suspend people, i have gotten suspended twice before.

2) the mods are actually pretty good, only thing is that they dont speak french so whenever i insutl soneone in french they understand me because my language is very similar to portugese or spanish but they cant do anything because portugese mods are only authorised to ban people who curse in portugese and spanish mods are only authorised to ban people who curse in spanish. the only problem i have with their only mod who is low ranked enough to play with me is that he drugs all tge time and is such a big buyer. with his spectrum m-b he's always nearly unstopable, well nearly because i can still beat him. I got more kills, less deaths and higher score than him in a cp match and stole his first place in a dm despite only joining after he already had 6 kills. my m1s against his m2s :p

3) not just scammers, hackers are like 20 times more over there.

 

4) 1 week? you are sooo lucky, he has never even replied to me before.

 

5)not to mention he forgot to inform us about tge last weekend giveaway with double funds

 

6) as for tournaments yes there has never been any but its probably because the player base there is less than 1/10 of what it is here. the most i have ever seen is 3000 players online.

 

i do agree that he should be fired. without a meme contest.

 

EDIT: i got suspended for multing and insulting. yes good job to the mods but... just to be clear those people i was insulting and multing were mults themselves. I was multing those mults to hinder them from multing my team.

Multing in general is not allowed, if you see someone multping it is by FAR better to record a video of them rather than multing them just because they did, don't you agree?  :)  I mean we can be better than them and not be on same level as they are, if we do the same things as they did, are we better than them? Of course not, we are same, maybe even lower. 

 

 

If there is one part, I would like to correct, it most likely would be that last part, instead of ignoring I personally would say it's more like intelligent people learn. Ignoring someone isn't the brightest thing you can do but I guess it isn't up to me to change it.  ;)
