Today, I'll be interviewing — actually translating a DE article, which was also translated to Polish — about a PL Chat Moderator and an Event Organizer; . She's currently the youngest helper in Tanki Online; 14 years old. So, without further ado, let's know her better!

Hello Mrs.Lonely!

Hey!

First, please introduce yourself.

My name is Ola Michalak, I am 14 years old and I am from Gostyń, which is located in Poland. In Tanki, I am a Chat Moderator and an Event Organizer.

How long have you been playing Tanki Online - and how did you find the game?

I have been playing Tanki Online since 2014, I had other accounts, my first account was played only to the rank of Sergeant-major. Later I had a break with the game for over two years. My friend showed me the game when I was visiting her.

You wrote that you are only 14 years old, and you are a Chat Moderator. A bit too young, right? How is that possible?

Yes, but I found that my knowledge of the game and the willingness to help that I now have in this position may be useful. Age does not play such a significant role since a person is able to take up such a challenge, then why not give a try? After all, I was able to help with not only that the person is older and has more experience than me.

I understand you, but I'm sure some people would not like to have a girl doing adult work. Have you had problems with these type of people?

I had, even quite often, been negated for being a girl as a moderator when I was only 14 years old. They even suspected me that I got in this position because of my gender, luckily their suspicions were explained.

Ok wow, I have respect in front of you. How are you going to continue? Can you work with hate? Do you have problems with this?

I will continue to work as a proud Chat Moderator because really every day I am helping others not only by answering simple questions, but also confusing questions. And as for this type of people, there have been cases where they just want to "destroy" me in the chat room and make it difficult for me to do my work. Many people tried to get rid of me, but fortunately with a poor result, which sometimes happens that someone will point out "How did I become the moderator when I don't suit to be one?" It's only after some time when I understand why this person has a problem. After the conversation, we usually come to an agreement, but such people can not be avoided.

I am very impressed. Do you want to say something to the English CM?

I just wish to greet the whole English community and wish you a lot of success for both players and helpers. That's all from me. :)

spectrum M-B at captain is soo OP. I know because I've played with crazy_ukranian on my spanish account. he had it with a titan, 20% protection from everything=25% more health. that's like more than 1 modification higher. and that's if you don't take healing from isida or repair into account, if you do it's equal to whatever healing he gets gets a 25% boost as well.

luckily crazy_ukranian doesn't speak english otherwise he would have banned me for inappopirate nickname.

They are exceptions possible, at the end it is about maturity and strength of charactere. Some applicant could be 18 years old and not fitting the position. Also at this age, girls are more responsible than boys. Edited September 8, 2017 by Viking4s
