valid Banned Clan?

I got banned for an hour recently and when I got back, my clan was blocked. Now a week later, my clan is still blocke and everyone is leaving. Make the blocking of clan end when you are unblocked.

or even make it so getting banned does not affect the clan. there is no point except to hurt the clan members for somthing they didnt do...

I don't even see the reason or logic behind this at all like why do the Clan needs to be blocked if the block isn't something related to the Clan itself, quite useless I must say. I personally think removing this option will even be a good choice as not only it will reduce the Help Desk's job by getting tons of forms where players tell about their Clan and they unblock the Clan for them but also will help players by saving them some time. Some don't even know how to unblock their Clan which is another problem, also it will ensure that the Clan members will be in the Clan using whatever advantage they have in the Clan such as the free pro pass, etc without worrying about the Clan being blocked unless the violation is actually done by the Help Desk and is related to the Clan itself, then that is a different story. Definitely useful idea, either unblock the Clan automatically after the player's block is over so the system does it manually or don't even block the Clan at all.

 

By the way...

In case you want to unblock your Clan you can either contact the Event Admins in case the block was made while you were in Events or simply use this form to contact the Help Desk and tell them about your problem, they will unblock your Clan for you.

I didn't even know Clans can be blocked or how. How do they look when they're blocked and what features are restricted?

It's extremely frustrating and unnecessary. My ex-Clan Leader used to Powerlevel and get week bans, resulting in the Clan getting "blocked" - meaning that all the privileges go away. We no longer had access to Pro Battles (without a Pro Pass) and could not do Clan vs Clan battles. You need to e-mail Customer Service and provide them with your Clan name and Tag.
