Invalid Chat Command for HELP!

Problem: Many Users are getting away with profanity, trading, selling, and flood/spamming all because MODs are not present. I try to warn them and tell them to read rules, to no avail. I try reporting them by using, /vote USERNAME  which says, "Only able to use in Battle" So no way to report them.

 

Solution: We need a special Chat command like, /needmod and a mod will receive a notice and come to the server or where it was issued and solve case.

You know that the chat violation section is closed right? So if someone is insulting you, kindly block or ignore them and you will never see them again. You can do it both in battles as well as in the chat lobby so this won't happen I'm afraid because it had more chance of happening when the chat violation section was open and still didn't get implemented so now that the section is closed entirely, it even has less chance of happening.
