yeah the sales are good but your provider for Giftcard purchases is a scam . i went to buy the pack of crystals that was 48.99$ and had 400k . i completed the purchase and i only ended up getting 150k or so , not even half of what i paid for, and the Tech support isn't doing anything at all to fix it

The weekend was horrible. Hackers everywhere. It was not the first time. It happened every time when there is an event. I will never play in the future events. Why hackers are allowed ? May be I should consider to quit.

Hackers are definitely not allowed. You can also read this in the game rules:

2.1. Actions that will lead to (at the Administration’s discretion) the permanent or temporary blocking of a User’s Account:

2.1.2. Application or distribution of third-party software or other means for improvement/automation of game possibilities (bots, cheats), as well as programs that may deteriorate the functioning of the Game and/or the functioning of electronic devices of third persons;

 

Unfortunately enough, hackers cannot always be stopped and they do not always get caught right away. They're especially rampant during events with increased gold box rate like this one. The anti-cheat system stops part of them, but sadly not all. As an honest player, the best you can do is record them and report them in the Game Violation Reports section.

It's not a scam; its a marketing loop hole that you overlooked. Yes, the shop displayed it as 400k, but Paygarden ( I'm assuming that was the gift card system provider) clearly showed that the exchange rate for crystals via gift cards was different than the shop. Believe me, I made the same mistake as you did <_<

What you guys need to do is to stop the hacking /cheating activates. Unfortunately, I don't see you are doing it. Situation is getting worse in the events. this anti cheat system is complete crap. on my spanish account when a gold is about to fall i get onto someone else, he starts jump hacking and i fly up with him... and self destruct.

I am not here to argue over a word or a sentence. I can see my question has been answered: Hackers are not allowed. However I can see there are lots, again LOTS, of hackers/cheaters running round. You guys got to take actions, or more actions, to prevent, or minimize, these things. You keep telling "it is not allowed" won't help anything. If you go to some battles during events like 5x gold box or 2x battle funds, you can see how bad it is. It is not the first time and these large amount, again LARGE AMOUNT, of  hacking activates have been there all the time. If you really take action, like put more man power on this thing rather thinking of unnecessary updates, this game would be much much better. And you don't need to change this and change that every month or even every week. Honestly I am so tire of these frequent changes and now the hackers/cheaters issues. You want players keep playing, better do something. Oh, and I am also tire of those saying "You do not like it, just leave" or "No one forces you to play". These people are discouraging Tanki's players to stay with this game. I think you may consider to ban these jerks because they are screwing up your game economy.

It will take time, but the goal is to get rid of them completely, and every player report helps.
