Two things:

• ODs take seconds to fully charge

Probably complications with animated prime skins? Not sure, but I will suffer through a match or two with Viking to see them :D

Random point highlights and your team have to capture n hold it.

There are people in the Test Server using Skins, but I can't find them in the Kits section. Why?

The Mk Update is again in the Test Server:

 

However, the Kits Section is disabled for now. Seems like this update could come next week or slightly later. As of now, there are also no visual changes between Mk1 & 2, only at the "standard M Levels" (M0 -> Mk1, M1 -> Mk3, M2 -> Mk5, M3 -> Mk7), but there might be some when it comes to the Main Servers. Who knows

I give up.  I can’t enjoy the test server at all because my ping is chilling at 666, battles don’t load, and the matches are way too short.

I don't think Tankoins being on the Test Server should be regarded as a common occurrence. The most recent time that the Test Server was an exception, but they were testing something related directly to Tankoins. In the future, I bet that if the feature that is being tested is not related to Tankoins, then accounts probably won't receive any Tankoins.
