Overdrive - Toxic Area

Whenever you activate the Overdrive, you and any teammate in the range of 10m gets the effect of it. Now, if the enemy player comes near you and you activate the Overdrive, he should take the damage with the time - take it like a toxic area.

Addition to this, colors of the Overdrive effect should depend on the team (red/blue for teams in team gamemode and (maybe) green for DM gamemode).

Simple opposite effect which would change the current gameplay a bit. :)

Are you suggesting that if an enemy is near your tank when you activate Overdrive the enemy should suffer some ill effects?

 

Getting a huge temporary benefit is not enough?

Then... why not just ask that all enemy tanks on map blow up when your team activates an OverDrive.   EPIC!!!!!!!  :D :lol: :huh: :wacko: :blink:

This is kinda planned to be Hunter's overdrive, when those are released. It will be able to have a negative effect on nearby enemies by disabling their supplies.

Eh, overdrive is already an overpowered game-winner for a team that is winning and spawncamping.  This would just make the losing cycle harder to break out of.

Eh, overdrive is already an overpowered game-winner for a team that is winning and spawncamping.  This would just make the losing cycle harder to break out of.
