If you have a look in the hacking section, it doesn't say it has to be longer than 5 minutes. Someone could jump hack for 15 seconds and then leave.

Not really, you just had to scroll a bit.

Not really I read that part. But at the top it says ALL game violation videos. As far as I'm aware hacking and sabotage comes under game violations. The two sections contradict each other.

 

Also the wording wasn't the best. As someone mentioned the question stated "must" but the rules said "should". These mean two different things.

Looking back I would probably would have changed the wording. Though I think it's fine since both words are basically synonymous and everyone understood it just fine.
