Guys, please understand that you do not require to be in the Top x Participants to receive a prize. Please remember that. Substantial amounts of crystals are still up for grabs at a later time. Also, the previous TTC was run on a Tuesday, so I'm not entirely sure why you guys are complaining about a Monday.

will it work the same way as it always does with [the game]? everytime the first person who get's the answer sells it to a youtuber so even if you're the second person to get the answer you wouldnt qualify in the top.

Whilst I do not fully agree with what you mentioned here, (this year I did well at THE GAME and it's not about relying on YouTubers who post answers 3 hours after everyone else already knows the answer, it's about working together with a LOT of people with co-ordination) to answer your question bluntly, no. TTC isn't a massive contest like THE GAME, so I doubt people would go out of the way for this. 

 

The peak of the number of members online in the forum typically is when the v-log is about to come out, and when THE GAME first clue videos are announced. Nowhere is 8 UTC optimal.

Oh really? Is that why THE GAME clues come out at 9 UTC, simply 1 hour later? The last two editions of THE GAME have both been launched at 9am UTC. Your point? Whilst this contest may not be at the peak number of players online, it is actually suitable for many.

To be fair, Cabbage is right on, here. These quizzes aren't necessarily simple, so rushing won't do much good. If you take your time to get everything right, it'd probably be better than rushing it all. ;)

The first Quiz will go live on September the 25th, at 8:00 AM UTC+0 and will close 18 hours later on the 26th of September at 2:00 AM UTC+0.

Currently, the time is only 2:56 am UTC. I'm not sure about your timezones but the time is given in UTC, not your time (I'm presuming that's what the issue is). Next time, use this link.

First 100,000? What? It's Top x Participants. It doesn't matter, this time was the best to accomodate everyone, people who rush will also likely stuff up. You can still win a substantial amount of crystals by being among winners. :)
