small E-mail problem

i should get bonus crystals as shown n the screenshot but it tells me i need email verification so when it tells me we have sent an email  , when i open the email , i receive nothing , so whats wrong

Go to "spam" folder of your email, there you'll find activation link. That link usually goes there.

Go to "spam" folder of your email, there you'll find activation link. That link usually goes there.

If it's not in ''Spam'' folder then check every other folder in your email.

If you still didn't find it then contact TechSupport using this form.
