You can change to another name for crystals if you earn 100k and apply before the 9th of October. I have no idea why you would want to change a name like yours though.

This will simplify the process a lot, and eliminate the need to wait for the support to handle every name change.

Change Nickname duration should be changed to 1 Month or more of a account

Like if 1 account nickname is changed then he will be able to change again after 1 month or more..

I know there's more behind it , but this seriously just sounds like another way for you to earn easy money from a fanbase that has nothing better to do . .

There should be that option for non buyers, at least once after you open your account and then once for a few years after a nickname change, for 250k for Legends and 100k for the rest.

 

And we should be able to use the nickname of an alt account to change it to our main accounts.

Great... just great..

Was thinking about changing my nick after thinking of a cool one that is availiable. But as usual my plans get ruined. i doubt i can get to 100k in time.

Why cant you just make a garage option that costs 100k or what ever u want it to be instead of making it cost real money. im not spending any more on this game and now i cant even change my nickname using crystals. Thanks ._.

Earlier this was a "PlayToWin" Game. Now it has become  a "PayToPlay" game  :mellow:

How is paying to change your name pay to play? Your name has nothing to do with your performance in battle and how you play the game. 

 

As I side note, I wonder how many people who are complaining about this update were actually planning to change their name in the near future.

I believe I'd be better to have both options, one to buy it in the garage for 100k or in the shop for $18, that way those who don't have any money can still buy it with hard earned crystals ;)

LOL. This is funny. And i am not surprised, It would be great if we had both options to buy (shop and through crystals). I seriously/heartfully wish TO wins some big, record breaking lottery so that they can stop doing such funny ridiculous things to earn. Ohh Godd!! SMH. Thanks for this beautiful game though. 250k for legends that crazy its bad enough it gets harder to battle with other legends higher in ranks.

 

the time limitation should be first time change one month and any others you have to wait three months , this way it would cut back on players who constantly change..

 

the other issue is what if the name entered in is not correct then what , or how would this be changed to the correct one..

That has been answered above, u can always contact tech support and provide evidence of your old account, tanki can of course help u get the account back. A hacker would be dumb to even bother hacking and spending money to change nickname on an account that tanki would then return to the original owner.

 

If you are thinking about how can u retrieve an account name that you don't know, well I'm sure tanki has some sort of logs that date back on your account which includes purchase history etc. This would have been the first issue tanki would have thought of before rolling out this update, so I am pretty sure they have countermeasures to recover accounts which are hacked and then had nickname changed with the rename pass.
