OLD ANNOUNCEMENT:

 

Hello readers, players and tankers of the community! Today, we have a very exciting contest, or more or less, an event for you to all come and participate in. Yes, it's the very old tradition of battles between helper groups and players, but this time, you'll be facing us Reporters.

Battle Format and Settings:

 

In this event, there will be a best of three match on the map Opposition, which means that there will be three rounds played and whichever side wins two will win. If the third or all the rounds result in a tie, a fourth round will be played, and so on.

 

As for battle settings, they will be as follows:

Team Size: 8v8

Format: Without Format

Timer: OFF

Flag Counter: x5

Private Battle: ON

Bonus Boxes: ON

Gold Boxes: ON

Supplies: ON

Smart Supplies: ON

Clan vs. Clan: OFF

Upgrades: OFF

Alterations: ON

Auto-finish: OFF

Weapon Change: ON

Autobalance: OFF

Overdrives: ON

Rules:

 

The following rules must be observed while participating in this contest/event:

• Players are allowed to equip any turret, hull, module or alteration of their choice. However, they must be wearing the Blue paint. Reporter's will be wearing the Reporter paint.
• The top three players of the players team will be requested to leave the battle so that other players get a chance to win the additional prizes. When you're asked to leave, please do so immediately!
• The Game Rules must be strictly adhered to throughout the entirety of the event. Any suspicious activity will result in an investigation and if proved guilty, consequences!

 

 

Prizes:

 

Prizes in this event will depend on which side wins the round. If the Reporter team wins a round, the top three players on the other side will receive the following:

 

1st -  5k

2nd - 3k

3rd - 2k

 

If the players win, the top three will receive:

 

1st - 7k

2nd - 5k

3rd - 3k

What is the essential objective of this event?

This event is like any other Capture The Flag game. You'll be facing off against some of the most toughest Reporters on the team, trying to capture a flag and granting a win for your team. There are some restrictions however, which have been aforementioned in the main post. Remember, if you win a round against the Reporters, you'll get some extra goodies!

 

What combinations can I take? What format is the event being played?

The format we'll be playing is "All Goes" - a format in which you can take any type of turret, hull and module you want. Thus, you'll be allowed to take any combination that you like, but remember, you must wear the Blue paint!

 

Is the battle going to be moderated?

Yes, the battle is going to be moderated, so let me make it clear - anyone suspicious of breaking the game rules will be punished!

 

What do you mean by the top three getting "additional rewards"?

Regardless of whether the Players' team beats the Reporters' team or not, the people who land in the top three positions in the Players' team will be awarded with extra crystals, the number has already been aforementioned. This is to encourage you to play better, and not to join the event just for fun. Note, if you've landed on the top three positions in a round,  you must leave the battle in order to give other players a chance to win. If you don't comply, you'll be forced out of the battle!

 

When will we receive our crystals?

The event takes place on the 14th of October. If you've won the extra crystals, you'll hopefully get 'em by the 16th.

We are already creating a special battle, however, since all of the Reporters are +, it wouldn't be balanced if we were to play with M1/M2s.
