Any chance giftcards may return?

I have noticed that ever since Mr. Nives has come to the helm, Tanki has been made a whole lot more fun, by sales, events, and loads more contests. So much so, that I wouldn't mind spending some real money into the game. Unfortunately, I can't because the phone system is still too expensive.

 

So under the great leadership of Mr. Nives, is there a chance gift cards (maybe purchasable at like 7-11 ) may be purchasable in the Asia region?

Nives isn't responsible for things that happen in the game. The decision to do more sales and official events is made by developers and their marketing team, which Nives isn't a part of. He can only influence unofficial events, such as the Tanki Thinking Challenge. So there is no reason to think that gift cards for the Asian region have a higher chance of being added just because Nives is in charge now.
