Declined Recommended Equipment

Some maps I will go into not knowing that it is a lot bigger than i remember and my twins won't do much damage there, and I will have to leave. There should be a recommended equipment feature next to all the maps when you click on them in the battle list. This will help narrow down what type of map you wish to play on, and especially for newbies just learning all the maops.

People or players are different, some like using some close range equipment such as Freeze, Fire in big maps, others don't so having a recommendation for big maps is not gonna cut it as not everyone prefers same equipment and doesn't has the same playing style. So having a recommended equipment for you might work for you and not for others and vice versa. Simply change your equipment to what you prefer using before you join the battle or even after you join the battle unless changing is disabled which most of the time isn't. I think it's just a beginner problem, and after a while players will learn the maps and their sizes

Thing is, devs designed the maps to be playable with any equipment combo. Besides, many players only have one combo (or have many, but choose to play with one), so this "recommended equipment" wouldn't help. In fact, it shouldn't really be a problem at all, since after a while you will have played on all maps and you will be able to recognise a map and know which equipment is best for it.

 

Also, after Matchmaking is released, once you join a game you will have about 30 seconds before the start of the actual battle, so you will be able to look at the map and change to a suitable combo without starting the 5-minute change cooldown.
