By first video you mean polygon? If yes , then there are tricks with 3+ players (3 or 4 tricks).Also the closer you look the less you see :p by this I mean we viewers think only 3 players are in the trick but then there are people helping in set up too

Yes you are very right , I too see that even after losing their members they produce good videos and are successful , I hope they continue doing the same without those members.

This is not just about the members who have left, we had our applications open until today and we luckily have many helpers too. :D

In case if being previous leader you could know that meeting or finding a flippant player and promoting him at first glance doesn't always lead to a good final result. Anyway, in this helper system helpers can be promoted easily, it all depends on their behaviour, skills, activity and everything else that needs to be considered.
