fully agree , for me I'm not a fan of MC we stay away from it also KFC . would rather burger king and other take out foods like Chinese or Canadian meals ( Swiss chalet which is mainly chicken taste way better then KFC and a little over budget but worthy to spend on it compared to MC meals.

I honestly don't go to these places often enough, I mean all I really know is that they sell chicken nuggets...

 

I mean why spend 15$ - 25$ on disgusting fast food when you could go to a Hotel/Pub, wait that little bit extra and have a decent meal for the same amount. Thats my opinion.

did you know most fast foods and pubs sell the same foods , there sold under different names / label brand foods . find one that makes it fresh then its worth the price .

I'm not talking about the brand of food and if they make it fresh, I'm talking about the quantity or how much is actually offered/how full you feel after the meal. There are also other factors such as dining experience and overall inviting feel of the place.

i understand , but you also have to remember the portion size is not the same for others . when they plate it , there suppose to have the same identical amounts but they never do unless items are weight out per customer which I can't see anyone taking time out to do this. it slows down the production lines. if your nice to the staff and your a regular they will give you more food , are you aware of this . been in service in the past and daughter is working on here red seal becoming a chef .

The portions are weighed, but not there. Do you really think they just grab a handful of meat or a heaping scoop and slap it on the grill? Not at the fast food restaurants.

it really depends on what you call fast foods or restaurants . see if you are in Canada we have fast food location in malls which you can sit in or take out these are not portioned out for customers , they use a system ,like so many scoops of corn per plate or rice and same with meats/ chicken pieces .even MC / Burger king meals are not really portioned out. they go by amount that fits into the box . and if you noticed that MC scoop for fries / chips are not the same amount every time. the ones which are more weighted out are coffee trucks that stop in at work locations or even food machines prepackaged foods . anything that is bagged before you buy are that.
