Paint modules

Hello everyone! I haven’t played for a while now on my Legend account but I wanted to start over so did I. I saw that there was a update about seperating protection from the paints - (which in my opinion is not worth it) but my question was. If I decide and buy now for example the paint ‘Prodigy’ will I get the Prodigy Module - which has like 48% agaist railgun or not? Or ‘Picasso’ for example. Will I get the Picasso Module with protection from Thunder, Freeze, Railgun and Shaft?

What I want to say is that It is not fair if we dont get those module from the paint because people who already have got the paint before the update, they will have that module and have more protection.

Welcome back! :) No, paints and modules are now entirely different. Buying a paint now only adds visual effects on your tank, no protection. You can buy Modules separately under the "Modules" tab in the Garage. However, all players who had paints with protection before the update will get a LGC module, with the exact same protections as there were on the paint. More details here.

Legacy Modules... but why not putting back the existing modules from the paints? It is not fair if people already had the paint before the update. For example, people have now 50% protection from railgun, but there is no module now with that ammount.

You can still get 50% protection from all turrets by upgrading M3 modules.

The modules from paints were unbalanced and inconvenient. With the new system every module has the same % protection from all 3 turrets. So if you see a tank with 28% protection from your gun, then you can press R and instantly know that he also has 28% protection from the other two weapons in his module.

And as said above, the new modules are just as powerful as before - you can get 50% protection from all three turrets and have a total of 150%, just like any high level LGC module. What's more is that there are no "useless" modules anymore. Before the update if you bought a paint like Tundra, it soon became useless due to paints like Prodigy or Needle having far superior protection, but now you can buy any module at M0 level and gradually upgrade it to M1, M2 and M3 until you have 50% protection.
