Facing in-game problems constantly.

First of all, I apologize for posting in the wrong section.

 

I live in United Arab Emirates.

Since the last 2-3 months, I have been facing a lot of problems on tanki. The problems have gotten worse from the last month. As I join a battle, it takes 1 million years for me to re-spawn as my PING stays constant at 999. No matter how many times I refresh, it is the same. I am assuming, due to the high ping, I am getting "re-enter" messages frequently. Sometimes, even after having a decent ping, I deal no damage, although I am able to take flags, which I think is very weird. But as I refresh to solve the issue, I am down with the same problem of PING HITTING 999. Eventually, I am removed from the battle.

2 months back, I had a similar issue but my re-spawn time was normal due to which I could self-destruct. Surprisingly, every time I self-destructed, my ping would get lower. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this now due to a longer re-spawn time (Shown in the video) 

 

I have contacted the tech support and they suggested me few ways but the problem still remains. 

• My internet speed is 10mbps. Lenovo (Windows 8.1)
• I have change my password when I see a frequent "re-enter" messages.
• I frequently clean my internet cache, app data, shared-objects, flash player cache. I use CCleaner to clean my laptop. 
• I play on Google chrome and Opera.
