There had been issue so far i had got in game

 

1. The game load very slow,this has not happened before

 

2. Whenever i try to enter it sent be back to the login section

 

3. Only once i entered the battle,there was lag and once time see the ghost battle(sorry not have screenshots)

 

4. No issue seen in chat section

 

plz try to solved it fast because i want to complete my kills and can u plz tell that why u had put the sale and weekened giveaway on this suitation,just to make people happy and u think that by doing this people will forget all about the wrost update.

Being in software development, you can have a better plan.   Roll it out to a set of servers, call them combo, and leave your biggest fans to wait until you get the bugs out.  Server balance is not an easy task, and you seem to have a rudimentary way of performing it.

Honestly, this is really a terrible issue, I am not even able to play a successful XP game with friends or even randoms....

Its better please tell Developers to release Matchmaking System tomorrow whatever they have done so far because last time Matchmaking Test was much smoother than current situation. As players number increase, server becomes slow & laggy, its super-fine in morning & now all back to square one.

A moderator is not allowed to ban whom they want whenever they want. It's abuse of power, which is reason to have your moderator rights taken away and you banned for a very long time. And they don't get paid for doing so. Are police officers paid a bonus for every person they arrest? No. So should moderators get paid for banning people? No.

Moderators are not paid with real money. Only the Community Manager, Nives, is. From what I remember, moderators are paid in crystal bonuses.

You should probably stop making assumptions.

 

My simple suggestion to you, in all politeness, is to hang back and just watch what unfolds within Tanki. It isn't your concern how the mods do their job, you can't tell them or the devs what to do. Just sit back and relax as you watch the forums. Maybe you could take after my example. Only add input when input is felt to be legitimately needed, not when you want. Adding input when you want is only going to cause issues and get bans. Trust me, I would know.

Interestingly that is exactly what players are forced to do. Players however complain about what they think is WRONG about Tanki and unfortunately Tanki has a long history with en even longer list of unsolved issues. The presence of crystal paid moderators / volunteers seems to be of little help and THAT is no assumption. It will always be appreciated when fellow enthusiasts of the same game we play are being a helping hand but it stops where they mimic Tanki OL talk. People like that will make "perfect" spokesmen/women for "evil" companies.

Now you can "cash" that in, in crystals of course!

Because history shows that issues hardly get solved and if they do, a multitude of new ones will occur.

People complain for a reason/ reasons, and sadly so rightfully.

The update will be fixed, we are listening to all feedback, most pressing bugs are the priority.

I realise this is not your fault Nives but you are our voice so you get to take the flak sorry.

 

An unplayable game is NOT a bug it is a screw up.

This update should not have been released in this bad shape it is amateurish at best and downright stupidity at worst.

 

Tanki is on a massive downward spiral into self destruction and the reason that YOUR CUSTOMERS get so frustrated is because you do not seem to actually see this and keep trying to put band aids on the problems rather than confront them headon and fix them.

 

Your players preferred the old tanki that was much more playable than this abomination you call a game.

 

If you ever actually listened you would see this and rather than keep plowing on with your own narrow minded plan of te future of tanki you would take your players thoughts and suggestions into consideration and try and make a game they enjoyed playing.

 

Today is the first time i willnot have completed a mission for many months and will quite likely spell the end of my tanki playing.

 

Whilst i realise you get people threatening toleave all the time at some point you need to ask yourselves why - are they really just spoilt little kids who did not get what they wanted or do they actually have a point?

I am 43 and way above your demographic but it also means I am capable of reasoned thought before throwing out w wild threat.

 

Sort it out Tanki you got it WRONG!!!

I don't really mind bad updates, or even care what the updates are tbh, but having to press this  a thousand time is just a pain, ok add whatever updates to the game but PLEASE make sure the update have no glitches before implementing it and don't wait for them to pop up after the update to fix them, like seriously how are we supposed to play..?

 

PS: I got more errors than kills for the giveaway.

The responses I'm about to show you come from when Cedric was still CM, and many other situations, proving you wrong as to the fact that Tanki "doesn't listen".

 

Cedric, is it true that these "optimizations" that you guys are making are really to help reduce lag? Because if that's the case then I'm impressed. The game is running smoother than it has in forever for me.

Yes, we're trying our best to pinpoint the things that are causing lags and glitches. The thing is that it's not just one thing that causes lag; it's a million and one things. So we're basically going through these things systematically. The first such step was the thing with transparencies. And there's more coming.

 

This post was made when an update was released to make the Drop Zones for supplies in a battle visible from anywhere on the map. It turns out that this was the cause of a severe issue that caused thousands of players to experience fatal errors and crashes. After they released the update, I asked the above question, and the white text response was Cedric's prompt reply.

There's also this topic. You can't go 1 page without seeing at least 3 moderator responses, all of them providing advice to the players and assuring them that their issues had been collected and given to the devs. And given to the devs it has been. Many minor glitches that were once in the game have been removed over the course of the year.

THis is literally impossible. You can never anticipate the effects of an update on a live server under a live server load. Only what you get in the test server. And even then, anticipating EVERY SINGLE BUG is impossible in itself. If Tanki did somehow manage to get a lot of bugs, one or two would always slip through. That's just how programming a game running on a 10 year old platform works.
