F-22 Raptor vs Su-35

In air to air combat, which fighter would win? F 22 or SU 35 :?:

F 22 has long range radar system, deadly AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles which can shoot down enemy before they know F22 is there. And for close range, it has heat seeking AIM-9 Sidewinders. It has powerful ground to ground missile HARM and bombs. It can carry tactical nuclear weapon too. F22 has superior speed and radar jamming system, that makes F 22 stealthy and invisible to the enemys.

On the other hand, the SU 35 has better range and decent speed as Mach 2.25. and laser-guided weapons.

So, what do you think?

Any pilot have a very few chance to dodge a missile when his plane is locked on from around 800 km away. Because he don't know from where the missile is going to hit lol this is called stealth technology. Actually, i have a very few idea about SU 27 or 35 class, or the ongoing project PAK FA flankers. The f 22 and F 35 are built for different purpose, they act like snipers. Just shoot with satellite guided missiles from very distance, and simply run away. The close dog-fight is their last option.

here's how it would go down: AWACS designates an Su-35 as a threat, sends locking information to the F-22, which then fires an aim-120 radar guided missile at it, and the Su-35 is down before it even knows what the hell happened. The F 22 doesn't have as good of radar for a reason. Thats why we have AWACS... Russia doesn't use AWACS to nearly the degree we do.

Also, the speed is a moot point, because all you can do at full speed is go in a straight line for about 30 minutes until you run out of fuel. pulling up/down 2 degrees at 2160kph is about... 20 Gs, more than either pilot could survive. The F 22 is actually also superior to the T 50, just because the T 50 isn't full aspect stealth, its engines still pump out a pretty noticeable heat signature. Same with the J 20.

Oh... and that F 117 that got shot down was shot down because it wasn't where it should've been; above 10,000 feet. Stealth isn't some magical invisible shield of awesome. There are ways of beating it.

ok ....

do you know that Kolchuga passive sensor can detect stealth aircraft?next all soviet old radars can detect steath ?

During 1970s, the U.S. Department of Defence then launched a project called Have Blue the project to develop a stealth fighter. Bidding between both Lockheed and Northrop for the tender was fierce to secure the multi-billion dollar contract. Lockheed incorporated in its program paper written by a Soviet/Russian physicist Pyotr Ufimtsev in 1962 titled Method of Edge Waves in the Physical Theory of Diffraction, Soviet Radio, Moscow, 1962. In 1971 this book was translated into English with the same title by U.S. Air Force, Foreign Technology Division (National Air Intelligence Center ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, 1971. Technical Report AD 733203, Defense Technical Information Center of USA, Cameron Station, Alexandria, VA, 22304-6145, USA. This theory played a critical role in the design of American stealth-aircraft F-117 and B-2.[9][10][11] The paper was able to find whether a plane's shape design would minimise its detection by radar or its radar cross-section (RCS) using a series of equations[12] could be used to evaluate the radar cross section of any shape. Lockheed used it to design a shape they called the Hopeless Diamond, securing contractual rights to mass produce the F-117 Nighthawk.

Su - 35, no doubt. Everyone knows that exept USA :). Besides, the price of f22 and the price of technical support.......

And moreover, we already have one T-50. In 2015 there will be about 50. This is the 5++ generation.
