also, there was no resetting of missions the 2 days ago. that means i did not get new missions and my chain progress is one bay behind. usually i collect my chain rewards on sunday, but now it shows i have to wait 6 more days, which is next monday. do you know what's happening?

RU choose their own winner, EN(all other international players) choose their own. Otherwise always RU players will be selected.

It's not a competition between RU and EN players. Each player that makes 800+ kills stands an equal chance to win the dream tank. That is all that matters.

The fact that it's more likely for a player on the RU side to win is simple mathematics, but that doesn't mean that a Russian player has a bigger chance of winning.
