are you allowed to use /addscore 100 or  /addcry 1000 ?

I am pretty sure that was a test server command, right? I don't know. I don't think even tanki devs can use it on the normal TO server.

No they weren't. When the forum got updated to the one we currently have, due to some glitch, a few players were able to set their own avatar (and maybe a few other things). That was fixed shortly though.
