it is actually less laggy to play there than here. my friends in spain all say so and I'm in france and it's the same for me. 

 

The only reasons some of them play here is that they already started their accounts over here or there are far fewer hackers over here. over there brazilian hackers outnumber all the hackers here 10 to 1.

What's the Spanish/Brazilian community like?

don't know about BR because i don't speak portugese but the spanish community is friendlier.. more buyers of course because most of them are from mexico and they get stuff a lot cheaper. the people are nicer but the admins, mods and cm are completely useless. if you're friends with a mod you can easily become a mod yourself, he will just talk to people and tell you what to do and that's it. there's no spanish newspaper at all even though they have a whole forum for themselves. ideas and suggestions section doesn't need to be reviewed by anyone before it gets posted(so creating a topic there is like creating a topic in other sections) and ideas there rarely ever get read by mods, and when they do they just give crap replies like an admin once replied to an idea about drugs "just play with friends who drug a lot". If you look at the section now you'd see that a mod has been discussing ... but that's because intestino only recently became a mod there... all those discussions he did there was actually before he became a mod. the mods don't care about anyone they just act like VIP players.

i think Overdrive is good like it is now , i don't know about others but i like it too .

yeah Overdrive seriously helps smaller players like me with getting kill streaks, you can remove it from the Legends battles though

cuz some times when teammates don’t cooperate properly overdrive is almost like useless while if the enemies works very well together they can cause a massive damage to your team so people starts saying that it’s kinda like one-sided battle but it’s actually not .

Rugby will be the 2nd new mode in half a decade. CP came out with update 1.100 in mid 2012.

It was an event battle probably,sometimes they don't close the battles right after event finish but after some time.

Tighter rank brackets are also a part of the upcoming MM balance, but yes, it's to avoid powerleveling :)

But we are playing in a PRO BATTLE, where it's our headache to choose to play with legends are so. So why can't pro battles have the option for a large rank bracket. I really miss playing with marshals and legends cuz they are challenging. All I can do now is play with easy captains (not all are easy, but they are really easy compared to legends)
