How Big is your Bathroom :P , Do you Sleep at 10'o clock or later?

 

Ok this is getting only slightly weird  :lol:

 

It's a usual small bathroom and 5-6AM.

YEA he gets up at 5 / 6 am then tosses the alarm across the room and turns over and go's back to sleep

just like normal teenager ,lol ( yea i know your age , your still younger then me ) :P :D :D :wub:

Experience has shown us that Tanki does not always follow the plan, and that even when they do, things don’t always go as planned.

 

So I think this is a fair question for Nives or even Hazel to address. IMO monthly.

 

What updates are coming up in the next month? What is planned for farther out? What plans have changed since we talked last month?

I can speak based on the last several months that the current schedule is fluid, and the next major feature should be MM.

 

Mobile version consumes the most development resources, Juggernaut is getting ready and XT-skins are in early stages.

ASL could do with a balance. Maps are generally far too easy or far too hard to attack/defend. Two main categories:

 

 

 

Too easy: maps with the capture point in a corner or in somewhere with few entrance points. It is impossible to get to the capture point due to high density of defenders spawning between you and the point. For example: Brest, Osa.

 

Too hard: maps with the point in the middle. Far too easy to get overwhelmed, with little cover, attackers spawn all around you, so you rarely have a chance to get your bearings before getting spawn killed. For example: Iran.

 

Other problems: maps like Iran, where there are roofs/platforms almost directly above the point. Attackers can literally just jump on defenders, and there is no chance you can stop them from driving over you to the point.

 

 

 

The solution (in my opinion): have two capture points, on the edge/in corners. Both not too hard to defend, but having to split forces defending allows tactical attackers to do well.

 

Alternatively, in the case of Brest, have the one point in the bass, but have the defenders spawn further from the point to give attackers a chance to get to the point.

 

 

You liked (and presumably therefore read) my post about how ASL mode needs balancing. Is anything going to happen about this?

 

I can also add Yorkshire to the list of unbalanced maps. (Yes, the map ASL was designed for is unbalanced for ASL, interesting isn't it).

 

 

 

I joined the attacking side of a Yorkshire game about halfway through. Their team was drugging more than ours, and despite my best efforts we didn't do very well. The game ended, we lost, I decided to stay to test my theory on the map balance.

 

The first 30 seconds started well, I decided on hunter and smoky M3, and managed to solo stop a vik/fire and hunter/rico (both drugging) from capping by just sitting on the point (yet another reason why 1 point doesn't work).

 

After that, it went downhill rapidly. Their team was drugging considerably more than ours (4 or 5 of them against just me drugging on my team), and my team was pretty useless, I must admit. The score got to about 40-20 to them.

 

Then we started getting our overdrives. One point means we're all in one concentrated area - each OD gets 5 or so people - 5 mines placed. For attackers, each OD gets 2 people, 3 tops.

 

 

 

Summary of the spoiler:

Let me just say that the game went from 23-40 to 100-40. Between us getting ODs, and the end, they didn't cap a point. They were way better than us, drugging more than us, etc. Yet we completely stopped them with my medium hull, my very sub-par teammates (one of whom was an isida, tho he couldn't turn his turret and wasn't hugely talented.

 

Imagine if I had had a heavy hull, and two good isidas? The final score would've been 100-0 even if we were 10v3.

 

Solution: two points in the corner of a map. As is currently, you have a single, easily defendable point, and the defenders spawn in close proximity, OD together, and eventually win.

 

Look at CSGO, an extremely successful, vaguely similar idea. Two points to defend, only one "flag" to attack with. Defenders have to split which leads to incredibly tactical gameplay. Simple fix.

 

P.S. Changing defenders points to kills doesn't really work; they can still just camp because they know attackers have to come to them.

 Nives, your some certi guys...And your the only guy to fix this game, already alot of people has left the game i still remember the times when 200k+ people were online and now look at it there is less than i think 20k people online. I think tanki developers trying to find another way to make more money and making the game PAY TO WIN. I my self left the game I hardly play this game only reason I play is because of a friend.

your count is a little off . we have over 32k - 35k  on average day and when its a good sales its well over 50k/ I have even seen it hit around 60k . sure were not at the 200 k but he has kept this game going . sure people come and go due to there real life's changes and this is normal..

Old repair kit update should be back but with modification of current repair kit update only for mines. I mean, repair kit heals life completely when tank deals damage by other tanks but repair kit stops healing completely as soon as the tank goes over multiple mines.

Magnum was a bad idea Hazel, accept it.

 

Same for Overdrives, but here many players don't realize it because they all get Overdrives sooner or later.

Almost everyone are requesting maganum nerf and rail buff ... But the devs see that the game are balanced sadly ... .

Only YOU requesting for a rail buff doesn't count as everyone is doing the same thing .. .. . . . . . . . ..

Stock Railgun is weak, they could increase the reload time by 10% and damage by 10% to make it better. The alt could have 30% more in reload than the stock for 20% more damage than the stock.
