It's because player leave some battles, in general they run either because their team is losing or they didn't like the map.

Doing so the team they abandoned becomes unbalanced and a team with less players will tend to get even worse.

MMS do 2 things: it creates new fresh battle or send players to an existing battles as reinforcement.

 

We do not know the criteria for sending a player here or there but the more deserters the more the system needs to send reinforcement.

We can only guess that dev will keep improving the system and player stop to desert for no good reasons.

MM sent me to a map literally the second the battle ended. It was a CTF I think, and a flag capture not the battle timer ended the battle. I’m not raging, but I do think MM should not place players in a battle only one capture or goal away from ending.

 

MM maps - now that MM is here to stay, will additional maps be created or adjusted for use in standard battles? 24 only looks like a lot on paper. Playing sequential Quick Battles, I find myself on a lot of repeated maps. Related question, is anyone tracking which maps MM is creating? I feel like there are more Polygon, Massacre, and Serpuhov maps than there are others, but that might just be in my head since I dislike Massacre and Serpuhov. I thought Soliamsk had been removed because it had been weeks since I played there, but ended up there this morning.

I agree - there are a lot of good maps that have been excluded.  And the "randomness" of those maps seem odd - the same ones keep cropping up.

I disagree. 

 

- You  can still do your mission, yes it will be harder. Before I used to join losing team for capping Control Points, because the winning team have all the point already capped - you won't be able to cap anymore - while the losing team as now the opportunity to cap.

- You still get a score - you spend 5 minutes you will get a score of 5 minutes. Of course 5 minutes in the wining team is always better. I checked the latest scores vs crystals for a WO battle and on a raw average losers get a ratio of 0.6 while winners get a ration of 0.8. So now it is a better situation for loser - so no reason to run.

- and you can still have fun. Losing do not exclude fun. There is always a wining team or a losing team, and for you it is 50% winners/happy and 50% losers/unhappy. And sometime its even worse as nobody wins in a tie game = 100% unhappy players. So the dev should do a game where everybody wins. Like race for kids: everybody is a winner. No thank you

MMS will not be fixed , why ? smiply , coz its impossible to fix it ,

why impossible ? lets consider you joined a battle and you get surprised that the battle you have entered is missing a player (or 2,3, even4) and 

your team playing against a Overpowered enemy team ( that has m4s isidas or druggers etc) what would you do in this situation ? simply leave 

the battle so the enemy team win faster which is better for them and your team .

how can tanki stop this ? they cant .

how can the not great hazel who make the game dead pay2win to be good with MMS release ? he cant .

im not against the idea of MMS believe me  i like it since they announce it ,

but the System need a New completely re-work

There is really nothing impossible if you try, also there are plenty of new ways you can fix stuff and make things more interesting.

Yes I agree ! But ,

With hazel and tanki devs ? That's impossible that killed tanki, killed railgun , killed fun , took freedom, never fix bugs , new bugs keep happens , lags , high pings , bad. Team balance , maganum a very OP gun and they know but they dkbt do anything , hackers no one do anything for them , bad game balance at all , buyers EVERYWHERE !!!!! Drivers become common thing !

 

All this stuff happened in the past survival years they destroyed the game slowly like a slow effect death poison !

They cover the truth by the name of making the game MODREN and better for all ,

 

What does this mean when MMS released tanki lose like 20k players ? Yes 20.000 is not a little they can make a whole community ! But they left coz no one lustebd to them and no one canceled MMS even when all refused it to be applied in the game .

 

(Tanki players before the release if MMS was 40-47k now 20k)

BTW , nives don't tell me there is no news about the biggest update in the history if the game yet.

What the devs said about feedbacks ?

Will they really jeep it for ever ?

And why it take a lot of time (3 mins minimim) to enter a battle ?

MMS released to make balanced teams ? Nice joke that's impossible , ciz believe me I'm not the ibly one who faced this but many many others too , when entering a battle using MMS which is supposed to create balanced battle but you enter to face the surprise that ur team has m2s and the enemy team has m4s ! With mults ! And isidas ! I have video if u want .

There's a reason people are exiting a battle on the losing team - for the most part it is because the battle is not close.

 

With that in mid you will not...

- get a decent score. You have half the amount of time vs most of the other players in the battle.

- The more time you spend dying and re-spawning the less time you have gaining score or capping points

- When you start a game half-way through you're chances of getting OverDrive are decreased drastically, especially since OD is tied to scoring.

 

I never said losing excludes fun and I do not expect to win every battle.

What I do expect is to have a fair chance. Joining a battle with no chance of winning is by no accounts fair.

Ties in battles that are fought fairly are perfectly fine.

 

So you were wrong on all accounts - stop trying to sugar-coat it.

Placing players in half-finished battles to prop up this poorly designed MM is not the answer.

The only players who benefit from this are the those on the team already winning.

First battle MM placed me in after posting the above... CTF Forest. Other team winning 5-0 and most of them in our base , all drugs activated, spawn-killing.  System works swell  :D  :lol:

I have a bad idea for devs, really, really bad:

  • Remove drones
  • Let us use the batteries for Overdrives
  • Let us choose any Overdrive for any Hull
  • And after a long cooldown, of equal time for everyone we can activate an Overdrive, consuming one battery.

Why a bad idea? I'm trying to see if a bad idea gets better priority.

MMS is really good you're just listing out negatives, 

People like you diggers who always try to enter in Winning side and get crystal. Not only you, everyone does. That's the nature, We humans despair to win in every situation.

 

MMS is really helpful because losing teams get compensation. THE reason why players leave the battle is because of over usage of drugs. People re- spawn and come with drugs to kill us.Drug limitation is must.

 

for example 7 usage per drugs is allowed makes sense and fair play :)

 

In stead of blaming Nives and hazel, They worked hard for this game, Don't ever dare to underestimate their work. Reading 100's of suggestions and Pm's isn't a simple task kiddo.

They need to be interesting for all equipment and suitable for 8v8 and/or 10v10.

I'm fine with Siege and Deathtrack. I'm not a fan of Kolhoz. And for Esplanade it will be difficult to play Rugby and ASL on that one.

All the maps needs to be able to host all the Game Battle Mode. But that's just my opinion.

1) Extra compensation has nothing to do with MM. It is a separate update implemented at same time as MM.

 

2) THE reason players leave the battle is lack of balance.  Supplies are just one of the factors that create imbalance.

 

Some factors that contribute to imbalance

- Ranks - team-wise or individual

- Ability - not all players of same rank have same skill - and some teams get the better distribution of skill

- Groups - battle groups versus mixed random individuals creates uneven power

- Inactive tanks - lag, getting a drink, purposely not participating

- Supplies

 

Other reasons (besides imbalance) players exit a battle

- Map - players often leave a map they are placed in by MM because they don't like it

- Too much time has elapsed ... < half the battle remaining

- system errors - kick out the player

- lag - can't play properly, or even get kicked out when visiting garage

Skylark was one of my favorites. Esplanade was my VERY favorite.

 

 M4 Viking, M4 Thunder get behind those walls on Skylark and slaughter. Good memories!

Skylark is awesome - has everything (except tunnels).

- wide open sniper zones

- gulleys

- bridges

- many elevations

- good for all combinations

 

No idea why they refuse to add it to the MatchMaking rotation.
