Have you considered adding some kind of penalty for leaving a match? They're only ten minutes, you should be able to commit to that. That would likely reduce the overall issue of runaway battles.

 

Perhaps charge crystals to enter battles, but increase funds so the entry fee is negated...?

 

And what about my suggestion of fixing ASL mode by having two, relatively easy to defend points; thus allowing more tactical plays, etc.?

No nobody was told that the alteration would have to be reset due to the update. I do agree that would have been nice to know. But I would not make a big deal about it, I regularly reinstall the client so that is not my first experience and I survived.

As a piece of advice: once you enter a map check that you have the right equipment to tackle the battle (turret, hull, alteration, paint, module and drones.

A lot of people made a big deal about it if a person would take the time to read the forum. I went one week with no modules and no alterations and it probably cost me 1000 kills and a lot of crystals and battle funds. 

The real problem is I have never seen tanki take responsibility for ANYTHING.

That proves my point: NO integrity, NO honesty.

The players are dealing with people who care about them only for money. NOTHING else.

The helpers are around, and if my memory is correct we did help you quite a lot, so we do care.

 

Regarding TO, you are right, more transparency would be highly appreciated and beneficial for all players and the helpers to help the players.

Among all the stuff you could complain about this one is the least. But there is a benefit for you here, this particular issue flagged that you have a gap in your playing style: you don't check your equipment prior a battle! So you are always half prepared and you don't have the optimum equipment in battle, therefore since you play the game you probably lost many more than 1000 kills all by yourself. Food for thought.

How did you play for an entire week and not realize you had no alts? I immediately noticed my hammer was turning too fast so I replaced everything.

Will the batteries stay in containers permanently? If so, what is the reason for them to stay in the containers. I've just waited a week to complete my weekly chain to receive 4 containers and all I got was 100 batteries and 10k crystals (I don't mind crystals) but if somebody is willing to buy containers with real money and all they receive is batteries who don't even own a drone, it is unfair. Players should not receive drone batteries if they do not own drone, that would be a perfect logic wouldn't it. 

 

I don't go to the shop to buy batteries for electric bikes do I? Because I don't own electric bike. It's annoying because I honestly don't need batteries and now there is also less chance to receive any paint.

Yes batteries will stay in the containers, the ones from mission chain or contest help players that cannot afford them or which to use there crystal for better use. Mission Chains are bonuses = free stuff.  

 

Containers are boxes with various items that might help or not the tankers: crystals helps, but batteries do not for you, same as paint. The container in the shop is a special offer, you can buy the other offer. You can buy all the item separately.

You know what it is in the containers it is your choice to buy it or not. If you are not sure what's inside and what is the occurrence of a specific item check the wiki. The shop offers a fair amount of choices, it is your decision to buy one or the other.

I must admit the name of the New mode and the name of the hull is confusing.

 

The mode is called Juggernaut and it this a special DM mode where you will find one player selected randomly to start with the supertank which is a combo of the Juggernaut hull and the Terminator turret.

 

The combo is a whole tank, consequently it will be only one mode: the Juggernaut mode (J-mode).

 

And regarding the mission we do not know. We could expect that some DM mission can be done in both, like Capping flag works both in CTF mode and ASL. But it could get it separate missions.

 

Lets wait to see if Nives can get an answer from the dev on this good question.

If tanki online runs in your client, then this is an issue with html 5 version. We cannot do anything until html 5 bugs are fixed by the devs.
