is this paint going straight to the container after the event? If it will, it would be disrespectful for the people who earned 1000 stars just to receive the special paint, including myself. The stars system is not easy at all, far from easy but if people will receive the paint from the containers it will be unfair because they did not put any hard work in. 

 

But one thing we all know - The paint WILL end up in the container so people who were chilling and doing nothing can receive the paint from luck.

The paint is already in the containers. It isn't exactly easy to get it though, as it is listed as one of the "Legendary" paint, making its chances a lot lower. That's not to say that it's impossible to obtain.

They are skins like XTs that can be equipped to turrets and hulls. The Legacy skins resemble the old graphics. Right now the only ones currently released are Viking and Thunder.

I think that the admins of those positions decide when the applications open. has no jurisdiction there.

GS will continue to stay as a system and it's possible it will be revamped, but not in the nearest updates.
