That means somebody knows your email and they are trying to change the password for your account but you keep on receiving the email that is coming to you because you're the owner of your account. Just leave it alone and don't touch it.

If you have played 5 battles before 22nd of July - You will receive a message from News@Tanki with the promo-code. You just have to wait for the promo-code now.

This War thing is confusing if you are not checking all 3 or, who knows, more topics, then the stream that one doesn't want to watch just to look for more possible information or not, and then deciding what's true or not.

 

Why not make one topic with all the information in it and the FAQs?

 

If players voted for Deck-9 again in the last War was because they were not well informed. We are not all no-lifers.

If you're referring to the recent War news, I would guess since the new experience rates were introduced players started moving between rank brackets much slower, and it's always good to have all brackets full of active players. Hence the multiple accounts.

stuff like the war encourages people to just join battles and do nothing so they canget their star at the end of the battle to redeem the containers. the devs probably already know this will happen so why do they still do this?

If you join the battle during the War, "mult", be inactive, you will not get stars at the end of it.

Cheaters can also play with multiple accounts at a time, switching from account to account to not be inactive, and maybe get a kill or something for some score.
