Absolutely nothing. Slugger only lessens the pellet spread. The reason the alteration supposedly increases range is it makes your pellet spread deal full damage (from all the pellets hitting) over a longer distance. If you tried to use hammer as a ranged turret without the alt, you would be unable to kill anything in 3 shots.

Hammer shoots what is it 9 pellets. Each is it's own 3d object traveling on its own trajectory. If full damage in 1080 that means each pellet carries 120 pts of damage each.  If it shoots you ate point blank all 9pellets hit, at 20m maybe 7 it, at 50m maybe 4 or 5 and at 60m maybe 2 hit you. But put on the choke er Slugger and now at 60m 5 pellets find you..

 

The tradeoff of curse if your aim is off you will miss completely with Slugger but would have caught the target with a few pellets without it.

Actually, (IDK if devs fixed yet) Hammer has this bug where if you're targeting a tank touching yours, almost none of the pellets will hit. It's completely broken and screwy, so "point-blank" doesn't really apply. Anything lower than Hunter (Viking, Wasp, Hornet) has this effect on Hammer.

Nives, I have a question.

 

This moderator is leaving us with the impression that if we only earn 5 Stars we're not contributing to our faction.

 

5 stars is the minimum so your vote is taken into account and your 3 containers counted. After that any stars will be for the faction objectives.

Get 5 stars =  vote (5) = 3 containers

or get 15 stars = vote (5) + faction objectives(10) = 5 containers

or get 30 stars = vote (5) + faction objectives (25) = 10 containers
Max containers earn per day/turn is 10. 

You can always get more then 25 stars for your faction objectives.

I believe all Stars will count to our faction progress, or objectives in her/his language, even the 5 Stars we earn to validate our votes. Am I right?

Something really annoying just happened; So I was playing Juggernaut Mode, and in this 1 battle, whenever I've got Juggernaut (happened 3 times), when I actually became Jugger, it wouldn't even let me turn my turret! This was really stupid, and it easily got me destroyed. When I became normal again, I could turn my turret no problem! This is just depressing..

Kindly request that Distributor not be removed from garages.  It's an attractive paint.  I'd like to keep it.  Simply rename it to War Domination 2018 or something like that after its duty is done.
