don't you think that the fact that EN mods don't handle chat violations is the cause of why people get wrongfully banned by RU mods while speaking in english?

 

I mean, if EN mods handle violations in English then RU mods won't have to. and they wouldn't make the mistakes.

RU mods cannot ban in EN community chat, no helper of one community is allowed to work in other communities. As for battles, we tried for many years to organize cooperation with RU mods, for them to work with us on dealing with offences in languages they do not speak but unfortunately, we didn't succeed (not for the lack of us trying).

 

But there is no need to ban violators since mods always tell us to block them. It's just the irony and the hypocrisy of this situation. Anytime there is a huge flooder in the chat, and the mod arrives a little bit late to the taste of players, the mod ban the spammer and then say to other "just ignore them."

There isn't any irony nor hypocrisy, mods are simply volunteers who cannot possibly be online 24/7. Even an army of mods wouldn't be able to cover every second of every channel, seven days a week, across all time zones - we tried and failed in the past. So we're doing next best thing, something we actually can do and that is to make sure players are covered and protected during those times that mods aren't online - isn't it good that you can mute someone forever with a simple click of button, without chasing mods to ban them? Besides, not all offences are bannable but there are still people who get offended and I find it awesome that players are able to take matters in their own hands and block anyone whose behaviour bothers them.

Only if you are Russian player or you spend a lot of time in RU community chat. Almost all EN community players have mostly EN ban reasons, just like most Russian players have ban reasons in Russian. Same goes for players of German community, Polish community etc.

Kindly contact me via pm next time RU mods ban you so we can review them. Do try not to get banned though, mind your language at all times and even better, disable the chat in Settings before going into battle  :)

for the past few months the only things i ever say in battles are like "hey [nickname], just shut the fart up!" , "kills 4 deaths 22 good job!" , or "and what video you making? how to mult?"

basically telling my teammates to focus on the battle because they're busy typing, but I'm always the ones who gets banned

1. Its 8 vs 4

2. Out of 4 in my team, 2 do not know how to rotate turret and repeatedly block me when I try to capture flag.

3. Their team has players 3 or 4 ranks above me. My team has all low rank players.

4. I get only 170 crystals for my efforts, whereas top guy on their team gets much more, for less than half my points. 170 crystals??

 

Is this how the matchmaking system is supposed to work?

Is this a bug which the developers have not been able to fix even after months, or a 'planned feature'?

 

You guys completely sidestep such issues in the vlog.

Matchmaking is in continuous development, it's a system to be improved.

 

Current version tries to match high- and low-skill players, it might change.

Just be glad that you weren't here when the rewards for a losing team were really unfair. Otherwise you would've gotten only 50 or 60 crystals.

welcome to the new drone world. this is how tanki will be from now on. one team only a small amount and yet win due to heavy drugs / drones. I say scrape drones completely there destroying the games.I now refuse to go and do DM battles cause of this.

Premium Account still offers you 50% (extra) experience points earned in battles. Although it won't be added to your in-game battle score, it does get added to your overall rank/level experience. For more extra bonuses Premium Account holders get, see the link below.

On my Exp Bar it still add's normal exp amount. It doesn't double it at all. Then in the rating it shows the exact same.. So Premium is useless if you can't earn 50% anymore.

The (extra) 50% experience will not show up on the rating profile page and/or the in-game battle score screen. I bought Premium Account a few days ago and it does give extra experience points.

It does give extra crystals and experience, The extra crystals are shown at the end of the battle and the experience you get automatically when you gain XP.

If this was 2017 you would have gotten 50 crystals btw.
