Why am I unable to buy from Steam? In the past I could but right now I can't see anything in the shop. It is just empty.

There are no announced plans for a new hull as there is no need. The only variations you can make in hulls are speed and armor, currently there is a balance of those to suit everything.

 

Well ... It would be more FUN if a new tank release beside dictator ? I mean

I am thinking Tanki is more oriented towards having a solid framework with stable gameplay, rather than on anything else. Other famous online games have a strong database with concrete coded networks. It's a matter of labour hours before tanki hits a new high level.

Is there any talk about "Spawn system" ? In esports, it's the most important and tricky component between win/lose. You are supposed to spawn in your base everytime near the flag and then move to your enemy base. Same goes for the opponent.

Why were the Heralds removed and archived? I don't like having to do more clicks just to double check information of an already complicated event. I know helpers have posted copies in The War Room, but it is a mess with all the cut and pastes, and thats me who is interested in participating, now imagine regular players with little patience, or kids who want to participate. 

 

Just post a new announcement with all the rules and "FAQ"s in one place in News and Announcements for all players, where we can ask questions to devs. The War Room should be for players to discuss strategies and actions not to search information.

 

PS: I understand that helpers are doing a lot trying to help players, what I don't see is direction from above, probably way above.

One thing I would like to say or correct you is that the way it works is not the way you mentioned, in this case, the 1-day ban. Bans shouldn't be discussed in public so I won't discuss them in here but it certainly doesn't work nor is what you mentioned in here so rest assured.
