Completed New mode - Assault (A/AS)

So, as many players that played on New Year know, there was a map called 'New Year'. It could be played on special mode: Assault mode.

My idea is to implement this mode to all (or at least some) maps. 1 team will have to deffend points, and another team bring flags... I think it would be good because all modes that we got in game are same for both teams (red and blue team), and this would make 1 team focus on deffense and another on attack.

I remember when I used to play and wow, it was quite interesting and amazing and I honestly liked it although the attacking team mostly won in 90% of the battles I used to play but nonetheless it was fun and I would love to see this mode come back once more as a normal new mode in the game.

Well... admins can make capturing a flag scores 5 points, or put 1 flag 2 points or somehow like that, i hope to see it too

yea the attacking team ussually won. .  but that was partialy because the map was hard 2 defend on.

Possible but there were other times when the defending team were winning a lot, I mean if you played with randoms, the blue team kinda had more chance of winning them the red team but if you were playing with your friends, it really didn't matter which team we were in as we always won so I guess it kinda depends on that as well.

Map wasnt even hard for blue team, just some planning, after all, on other maps admins can put flags/points better, or worse.

Sometimes it depended on how much was team drugging, or having better equipment (M3, M3+, on lower ranks M2/M1 etc.)

My opinion of this mode is that it is most unique mode from all modes would bring interesting and new moments for tankers

And also it will bring new experience for players who like CTF mode focusing on capturing and defending the flag.

The New year map from 2014, when XTs came to game for 2 weeks.... Great map, would like to see it again someday... someweek... somehour ;D

Good idea! Most of us like assault mode very much, and we would lie to be able to play in that mode every day, and also, new mode for New Year would give something new to celebrations, to change something that is every year same.

For example: Halloween - 50% off in garage

                                    - decorations on maps and holiday paint + gold box

                                    - Shop offers

                                    - 10x gold boxes and 3x battle funds

What i wrote, it goes to every holiday in tanki, only numbers variate. For New year you can put map from last 2 years and a map that was exclusive for 3 years ago. Be more creative, please.

I liked it too. 3 flags, 2 points, it's true that the red team was winning a lot. But yeah, it was fun, easy to make lot of funds.

yes 2015 was much more balanced and any team could win with there skills, I played TO in 2015, in my real acc, but I left that because my kd was 0.54 and I didn't have many m1

The Assault Mode is complete and has been in Tanki Online since 13 December 2017, but Assault Mode is missing six achievements for players to earn in their profiles. Please add Assault Mode achievements.
