dear god read the thing it's not matchmaking

which brings me to the question, why implement this if you're planning to add matchmaking soon? Finally a good update but after matchmaking comes out it'll ruin it

I'm pretty sure that the goal is to gradually implement the matchmaking bits and pieces one by one, rather than doing everything at once. We got the Battle! button, then server unification, now the new lobby, and then finally matchmaking itself.

 

Doing it like that has numerous advantages. Players can gradually get used to it rather than having to face a massive change all at once, and devs can troubleshoot and fix any bugs one by one, rather than implementing the whole update at once and having it create so many issues that it would have to be rolled back for reworking.

Thank you tanki for this neat cool game.  I realize what I am about to suggest is probably old news or maybe not.  Maybe other tankers have suggested these thing prior.  I really think you guys are working hard and trying to make tanki more easy to play for first time customers, and younger players.  I believe there are more older players too.  So here it goes.. 

 

I joined like a year go or so. I liked it the way it was or is currently with open battle list,  I have had fun with it.  Yes, spent money on it.  I don't like the change in the new battle list view your talking suggesting or implementing.. we wont be able to see the  who's in the battle.  I like joining friends and battling others I know that have a dislike for my game.  Its fun and strategic.. to me that is part of tanki and the maturing part of a tanker.  By doing this update will take a huge part of my fun and I believe a lot of fellow tankers fun and strategy away especially in pro battle list. 

 

If people are playing one team then jump to another to steal the fund from the team they where on it can be tricky to police that.  I have seen that happen some.  It's unfortunate that it happens.  Maybe the player's doing that can be found out by a watch list and placed on the list so players now know who did that or doing it alot.  So they will be able avoid those tankers that do that in all ranks if they choose too.  Sometimes the Tankers that do tricky stuff like that can create a stir in the community that something in the game needs to change or be safe guarded.  With that the tankers lose rights, just like the a terrorist would want.  Submitting to the tricksters, by changing battle list (freedom) option as it is, we (as a tanki community) are letting the freedom be taken away from this fun game Tanki (land).  Please don't change the game because of that few that do.  You can just make an announcement to the Tanker Community, to go to a specific area on battle names to copy name and put in your Trickster Column, like your friend list.  But this list will be your list of Tricksters so you don't have to worry about forgetting their long nickname or number.  

 

Maybe you can use this new format you are ready to roll out for just beginners & younger players (low ranks).  But as you Rank up to Gold Star, 3 Red Star or whatever you determine have their interface look like it is now,  I believe would create a new nuance and excitement for getting to a higher rank level for tankers.   This game view will dumb down the game and play/strategy for higher rank Tankers in my opinion.  

 

If you want to create more tanks (hauls or turrets, then new modules b/c of turrets) that is a way to create new cash for veterans like Generimos/ Legends that be great.  Or create a mobile app which can be on a different platform and more simple.  I am sure that would generate new business and costumers.  They might just play mobile only.  While a few may play both desktop and mobile.  Or offer more sales on micro upgrades 50% off.   That is the biggest win win for Tanki company and Tankers (community).   

 

I hope my suggestion helps.  I realize you are trying to make a profits also, yet make it more simple for new customers.  Please don't ruin your base, by trying to create a new base of players.  They're is always a way to do both.   My suggestion is one way.  

 

You can create more maps, or find new ways of making the wheels turn on hauls in sync with back and front view.  Right now the tanks look like Boxes straight on and side ways.  There is no motion on the wheels when moving horizontal, only on back view.  That is something the tech crew and developers can work on.  I am not complaining.  I am given you suggestions to make the game better.  If chat disappears for the wheels to turn in games, I am ok with that.  I actually would be thrilled to have a more graphic tank like that.. I believe others would too.

Could you add a tab where you can change the rank limits of battles as a filter. This would help to reduce the list of battles displayed. And also much easier to find the required battles. I also find soo many brigadier and colonel matches.

Yeah that's a rather annoying feature of Tanki X. Pretty sure Tanki Online will always have at least the game mode selection. Not to mention that custom (PRO) battles will still be a thing after MM is released.

:mellow: you have 4 m2s... only brigadiers who win tournaments have m3s or M4s and they are very very rare. i only had 2 m2s when i was colonel and 4 when i was brigadier... what's wrong with brigadiers and colonels?

Finding a friend in battle is the same as before, go to your friends list and click the relevant battle.

 

To find a friend in chat use the 'Write Privately' option, they will receive the message regardless of what chat room they're in.

I hope to correct the big problem, which is when I enter the battle is delayed a lot and cause the rise of the ping only when I enter the battle and cause it to throw me before entering ..

I'm really upset because the problem was not resolved from my beginning to play tanki

In Egypt we have speed Internet is not good with every update I am very afraid because I know I will not be able to enter the game for two days I hope to stop updates and be the game like the year 2011 was one of the best games and I have stopped playing for three years  because of updates and unnecessary updates I wish Do not let me stop playing again and I hope the developers stop annoying us and understand that the game belongs to us.
