It's already done in TX, try it. The sound is quite subtle and comfortable. It does improve the overall experience a bit.

It's not like an alarm will go off every time you click a button :D

I agree with you completely. The supply sounds, Striker, and Magnum are terrible. The original sound design and sound quality of the game was quite good, I don't understand how it's 2017 and we are going backwards.
