spinning tank in garage

I'm just an old  IBM SYS guy from the early 80's but it occurs to me when your in your garage the tank spins! I'm pretty sure that takes running commands, usage server speed, space and could be made optional by the player. I really dont care what my tank looks like from the back but certainly if you made it an option by each player when they are in their garage you could free up space and processing time to help decrease the constant LAG! Lag is one of the worst features of this great game and causes all kinds of problems for each player like bad shots, falling or flipping to name just two. I'm Guessing things havent changed that much in computers where the use of drive space, processing speed and time are always critical. This would be one, though small, way to free up space and time!

I checked this with devs and they said that most lags related to the garage happen due to the need to load all garage data at once. The rotation of the 3D tank image takes a negligible amount of server power and disabling it will make no difference to the overall performance.

Gotta give the man props for thinking outside the box and for the better of TO tho :D
