From 02:00 UTC October 31st until 02:00 UTC November 1st Gold Boxes in all battles, including PRO-battles and battles on the Halloween map, will drop 10 TIMES more often! The value of the Gold Boxes will remain standard — 1000 crystals.

not x3 golds but x10 golds, funds are x3. 

 

Not sure if you mean this, but holiday missions are displayed at the same place as the normal missions are and you also get rewards from them right after completing

Having too many people using the animated paint will undoubtedly cause a lot of lag, and that is why the devs made it available only for users who pay real money, since they are way less than other free users.

It was a win win situation, not that much more lag, and more money... :P Plus come on, that paint looks amazing, I'm sure they spent quite a bit of time creating it, the designer's wage has got to be paid somehow... :P

Erm- the animation is client side, not server side. It will have absolutely no impact on lag

 

And yes, I bought it. No regrets - it is an amazing paint.

It does look quite nice. Buying paints is a 'good sport' way to fund the company w/o buying yourself a combat advantage. But even had TO not alienated me in the past that's a bit too steep a price for 'chrome'. (Speaking for myself of curse. If you are happy with the purchase that is all that counts.)

TO has frustrated me on occasion too *cough* Viking *cough* Vulcan *cough*. But I still enjoy playing the game. Purchasing Nightmare was a tough choice because of the price, but it’s worth it for me. You won’t see me with Gold Star or any other ‘status’ paint - not interested. But I’m a sucker for those event bundles with paint, Moscow excluded. Awful ugly paint that one.
