Problem:

 

The browser simply cannot update all the information it gets from the server regarding the battle list - how many players/battle, which battle, how many battles, time of each battle etc. etc. Nothing is wrong with the server, or our internet. It is our PC. Going by the algorithms of most browsers, a lot more resources - such as RAM - are needed.

 

Solution:

 

 

Divide the battle list into 4 parts, like the General chat was divided. Each part can be distinct in the battles they contain. They can be separated based on the battle modes. I mean, one list for only DMs, one for only CTFs, one for only CPs, one for only TDMs.The browser loads a battle list only when the user switches between lists. A fifth list consisting of all battles might be kept, and when a user switches to it, a warning of potential lag can be given, although in my opinion a fifth list such as this is a bit unnecessary.

 

For times such as this with a special map, a fifth list can be put up, called pumpkin hunt, or assault mode during new year celebrations (yeah you better prepare for that one, else this game is going down the chute, in a competitive market you gotta learn to keep a reputation, no offence). 

 

 

 

Since matchmaking is coming soon, and the separation between pro battles and regular battles will be gone, I won't bother suggesting a list for pro battles purely.

 

We can switch between battle lists by simply clicking those 4 game mode switches at the bottom. In this case, You can't possibly keep multiple selected. You will go to the lists according to the button you select.

 

 

 

 

This is just a suggestion, open to changes the devs deem necessary and feedbacks. From my knowledge of codes, I think this overcomes a great deal of lag.

 

And boi, if, just if you don't properly handle this stuff before new year celebrations hit, oh boi, let the show begin...

There will still be "Custom" battles where (you can't complete missions but) you can configure all the settings and choose your map - so it will basically be what Pro-Battles are now but without the extra cost.

I guess they realize 3x fund is a mistake even in non-pro battle so they removed battle list so that friends can't play together. They could  had just Fix this issue in 2-3 days and get server ready by Saturday but they didn't.

BATTLE LIST CHANGES

 

Everyone, we have just restarted the servers, and with the restart all regular (non-PRO) battles have been removed from the Battle List. This was done to improve the situation with lags, disconnects and server overload.

 

The changes will stay in the game until the end of Halloween (02:00 UTC November 6th).

 

You can complete missions and join battles in all modes through the Lobby, no PRO-pass needed.

 

We thank you for your understanding and this drastic measure was necessary for Halloween celebrations to continue.

seen in chat players not being able to find battles or how to complete missions today , next to so many getting kicked / removed from battles ,to not finding Halloween map.. so far not seen any mods helping ,only players so far .

 

also once in Halloween / Pumpkin hunt maps you find next to no one playing in them . last battle was only 5 players , which tells me this is putting more lag in system with battles creating with next to no players why have this system which its only putting more issues in system for all..

 

 

( for those wondering how or where battles are .. you need to use the battle lobby button , this will help find non-pro battles also for Halloween map go to Pumpkin hunt map DM ( only) and hit the play button, it will take u to a battle to do mission in )

You can get in Halloween map by pressing on Pumpkin hunt in main lobby, to get to main lobby press on ''Battle!'' button.

Or in friend list if you have any friends playing in Halloween map you can join them.

all my friends are getting 30+ gold boxes each today but i still cannot play :(

They change until they get 1 haloween mission, complete it and change the second mission until they get haloween, complete and then change their last one until they get haloween and complete it.


after this they'll all have over a hundred gold boxes each while i wouldn't even get a single one :( :( :(

These battles with 10x gold are FULLL of fly hackers that leave as soon as they take gold so they can't get reported. What should i do? Regarding the special missions bug earlier this morning.

 

If you have spent crystals before the fix trying to get a special mission, all the crystals spent were refunded, with a 150% bonus.

This is really unbelivable. You ruin Halloween with crappy server/s and the WHOLE x10 Golds day. Instead of playing all day, im sitting here and typing you nugs to do something. We all want another x10 golds day as this one was pure disaster and completly ruined.
