Why don't you drug? From daily mission you get a lot of drugs (1 week reward thing) and not use drugs except only for non battles? Then you can keep going like that.. That's what I do :P

Click on the battle button at the top of the actual battles, and select a mode from there. Those buttons after you click on the battle! Button will take you to a non-pro battle ;)

So this is what Matchmaking will be. This is terrible since you can't pick your battle or even choose your map. I guess we got Tricked for Halloween instead of Treated.

Matchmaking will have a selection of players close to your rank, but you won't be able to choose a map. You can always select what map and parameters to play on if you pick pro battles.

 

 

 

I finally got the 2 damn flags. This version of Match Making sucks big time, and I don't see that the official Match Making will be any better. With the official Match Making we will get to add long waits to join battles on top of this crap we have today.

I can't compete against M4 equipment; 7 and 8 ranks higher than me. Three complete battles and I still don't have my 250xp daily mission complete. Not that KD really matters, but today has been like 5 or 6 deaths to each kill. I am a decent player, but how can I win against drug crazed M4 equipment? You shoot the crap out of someone then they hit repair...then some Magnum blows both of you to pixel dust. You get killed more than half of the time as soon as you re-spawn...not even enough time to get a single shot in much less aim....spawn, die, spawn, die, spawn, die. I bet I never lasted more than three seconds...maybe even two seconds. Gold boxes...IMPOSSIBLE with so many higher ranked players.

 

Welcome to MatchMaking...it's the end of Tanki for me if the official MM is even remotely like this. I think very few players want to be nothing but cannon fodder. Man,some Haloween celebration...

 

Let us do missions in Pro Battles if your servers can't take the load....not this stupid NO CHOICE, click a button for some random battle junk.

I can't believe that playing a computer game actually made me cry but the frustration in trying to finish a stupid 2 flag mission has stressed me out, made me angry, and pretty much wrecked my morning. Tanki is not even close to fun like this.

 

If it weren't for trying to keep up with the daily mission chain, I wouldn't play for a few weeks after this nightmare. If this is anything like Matchmaking, I quit for sure. Why would anyone want this grief?

 

I got a 3000xp Halloween mission and knew I couldn't finish so I changed it. Then a 1st place, then this 2 flag thing. If I could have picked my battle I could have eventually completed it, but as it is now, I got 1 flag after two hours of getting killed and I quit. Great Halloween celebration Tanki, please cancel Christmas.

I had to admit that I cried when I got my first 1 week ban, but I was like 10 years old, now I'm 16 and I cry for other things :x

Seriously, you shouldn't be getting this worked up about a game. Take a break if that happens, after all, you play the game for fun not frustration.

No, this will not be like matchmaker, because when MM comes out there will still be a battle list to choose from, where you will be able to create custom battles for free. Although I suppose since you are really focused on missions, you won't like it, because the catch is that missions won't be able to be completed in custom battles.

I no longer to do finish first missions, capture flag missions, and any missions that involve gaining more than 1000xp, because non-pro battles just get me frustrated.

 

I'm just doing one mission a day, till the triple chains last, and then I will take a break from tanki when they end.

I might come back from time to time to play pro battles, but only if pro pass becomes free.

 

This game has steadily gone downhill in the past 1 year.

The positive impact of a few updates has been far outweighed by the negative impact impact of other updates.

Equal equipment?  So if I have saved like mad to be in a financial position to get an early M3 kit and some MU's in order to have an advantage over players that have been more frivolous with their crystals - that advantage has now been removed as I will only be paired with other players that have done the same???

I don't know exactly how the matchmaking system will be since it's not released yet, but id assume it will put more emphasis on the ranks rather than the equipment. I'm just hoping we won't have M2s playing vs M4s, as those type of battles provide no fun. I'm not really willing to speculate about matchmaking cos it seems like it's still got a while to arrive, and so we'll know the details eventually. We'll see :)

We have no waits as of now lol, just the loading screen. By waits I mean the actual system that matches players according to their rank. Well I'm sorry you think that way, but if I can't do anything to change your mind I guess there's no point in trying. As always, you can easily choose to play pro battles. Gl ;)

No you can't "easily choose to play pro battles"...not if you want ot complete missions.  And a player needs the mission chain to even attempt to be competitive.   We are economically forced to complete daily missions to buy equipment, kits, upgrades, pro-passes, and now drugs...you know this so why spin party propaganda like "well just play pro battles then"...get real.

 

And I know exactly what you mean by waits...we experienced it on the MM trial...wait and wait and wait to get placed in some random slaughter battle, 80% of the time on the losing side of a blowout with half of the battle completed already.  Match making my eye.  I will even go as far as to make a wager that what is in place temporarily for Halloween will turn out to be superior to what Tanki will become after MM is implemented.  And what we have now is awful...MM will most likely be worse based on Tanki developers track record so far.

This game is now a disaster.

Absolutely optimised for making profit.

Unified battle list cover the fact that servers was shut down.

It is obvious. Less servers cannot handle even the same amount of players.

 

Tanki is a free to play but pay to win game now.

Here is  the recipe for a successful player.

Buy some big rig in the shop. For real money you can have it before your xp let's you.

Buy a big pack of supplies.

Get in the DM and start popping the drugs. No skill needed. No tactics needed.

Tanki developers will serve you with enough fodders (non paying players) to accomplish your missions.

Even the map is designed to favour mindless gameplay.

Oh yes! The freedom of choice is the root of all evil.

Camon! Making your own map was good. I could find good battles even after it was taken. But now? I'm forced to play on maps I never wanted. With much higher ranked players, with no chance to compete.

lol what advertising . tanki does not advertise there games , is what we have all been told.. not all games on the market are match making and for the ones who have turned to it also lost a huge chunk of regular players when changing over , some never recover and others after 5 years are slowly getting back to normal . is tanki ready for this to happen ? so far we have been seeing a huge decrease in players / buyers and will see more dropping as time goes on.. just look at Tanki X for example , they had a good client list of players enjoying there game now where are they ,, the main ones who use to play ( like myself ) have left due to many things we dislike about how the system .. will it recover to where it was a year ago only time will tell.. and yes I know first hand on gaming systems / my son has played TF2 for years and many other games, huge gaming family .
