Tanki Monopoly On "PRO Battle Passes"

Hello everyone, I would like to give my opinion on the issue of Tanki not allowing their players participate in battles without first purchasing a "PRO Battle Pass". I believe it's unfair to rip off the ability for hard working player the ability to play if they don't have enough “crystals”.

Player who cannot afford “PRO Battle Passes” will not be able to participate as they cannot play in order to obtain the in-game currency, “crystals”. Meaning they will not be able to play until such doctrine is getting rid off. Not allowing such unfortunate players is making a monopoly.

I have heard that tanki has chosen this decision of only allowing “PRO Battle Passes” because of experienced lag. So, they decided the best decision was to limit the amount of social activity in the tanki community by requiring the purchase of a pass.

Excuse me, but I consider such decision as ridiculous. It might not have being as grave if at least they would have given an apology. Thankfully it will be normal tomorrow, but common! You guys decided to advertise a [i consider] awesome halloween specials but it gets ruined.

I thought that Tanki was a friendly gaming community, but now I see it is more of online monopoly supported by false advertisement that affect players that decide trust in its managers.  A monopoly that wishes to captivate player in consumer culture. Preying on their wallets.

Yesterday made me realize that we are not just player, but customers(in a communist regime if you understand). I’m petitioning an apology from Tanki in addition of a compense of 2,000 “crystals”, the cost of your “passes”, to each player that fell on your trap. Please believe me when I say the I don't mean any hard feelings. Thank you.

It seems like you are misunderstanding the point of this. The whole point was to reduce lags, and it will be reverted back to normal tomorrow. You can always play even without the pro pass by clicking on the battle button ;) You chose to buy the pass, we can't give you compensation for that I'm afraid.

You should know that once the matchmaking system is implemented, you will be able to create battles without the PRO pass. But you will NOT be able to create battles that the Matchmaking system uses, because that would ruin the point of that system. So the PRO pass won't last for too long, hope this convinces you.  ^_^

I for one would like to completely abolish matchmaking. Not enough people enjoy having their battle picked for them, and it caused enough lag that Tanki said "screw it" and made it MANDATORY for a short time. I've considered it in the past but if they actually make the battle list PRO only for good, I'm out. It's completely unnecessary and "streamlines" a large, oblong object I can't mention here in an orifice I also can't mention in a vicarious manner.

Please click on the "Battle!" button on top of the game lobby and select any of the battle options. It's free to use and you will be put into a non-PRO battle. For the next few days the battle list will only have PRO battle, but it will then be back to normal.
