Sorry to say this but Judges made mistakes...

 

Rule Says: 

• "The nicknames of the participants in a team must be clearly readable on the video."

 

At 0:24 you can't even see the Nickname of the railgun....

From the beginning the judges decided to allow one trick in a video to be without clear nicknames as such mistakes can happen to anyone. In case there were several trick in a video with unclear nicknames tho, we disqualified the team.

My team members will be busy and won't be able to be present for the finals :( If we don't come for the finals will we still have the paint?

See what an amazing entry, And it lost! Some of the judges must be haters of some players so they probably decide to disqualify them. Where is Seymon and Cedric when you need them for MoP -.-

Judging was done in a fair way, their video did not win for another reason tho.

 

Maybe you watched our entry, You also hate me so you probably done what I think...

When I judge, I do not take into consideration who I hate and who I like. Also, I was only one of the 4 judges, so my opinion only meant 25% of the final score. Your entry was just not good enough to win, that's it.

The judges decided that your video is not good enough to win. It has nothing to do with you not using spectator, but all of your tricks are very repetitive, and compared to other videos, not as original. I am sorry you did not win, but that is not our fault.

katekizem+judges, you will get waaay to much criticism for your decisions. Let me rather check russian and german winners.

80% of the winniners are not questionable...I think 15 was a good choice.

 

 

BTW I love how russian CM gave out 120 MoP paints XD

I will read through all of the comments later tonight, we have lots of prep for the finals to do.

 

Regarding the Top 10

 

When deciding top 10 teams, we were pressed hard to include everyone's favorites. There are only 10 spots and we had 4 judges, with a very lengthy debate who will be on the list for Top 10. The final list is the result of several days of discussion.

 

Consolation prizes and disqualifications

 

Consolation prizes were given to 5 teams that have impressed us and didn't break the rules of the contest. 

 

I won't specify a team, but if you wonder how a very impressive entry is disqualified, it's very simple.

 

They broke the rules of the contest or the game. Disqualification is not the thing to worry about.
