How are you deciding who these top 10 "deadly" tankers are? KD or kills?

what is the basis of top 10 in those teams? For eg  I have 860 kills and 623 deaths?

It's about kills, more kills you make, higher you will be positioned.

 

I forgot how many kills I have done with that paint, I guess it was around 50, can any mod tell me how many kills I made with the OK paint

There is no way of checking how many kills you made, you needed do it in your profile before you started getting them.

I have reached the conclusion that I made a mistake buying the event paint. Is there anyway I can get my crystals back? Also, I don't think I'll ever use the paint again, how can I remove it from my garage? It's just taking up space in my garage and I want to get rid of it, at least, even if I can't get a refund for it.

There is no way to refund it, once you purchase it, it stays in garage forever.

Hello Dear MODs and Players.

Tanki has fooled us again.

Here is my review after participating in this so called Battle of social Networks.

I chose VK Paint and started to play. Soon I realized that everything was wrong with this event. The more I killed it raises my K/D but at the same time decreasing VK team K/D because most of the player were VK even in opposite team. So I had two choices, either I act like mult and avoid killing VKs resulting damage to my current team or play fairly and damage VK Social Network Team. This can only work in DM Mode but it will be direct violation of game rule and DM will become more like TDM with helpless Non-Social Network Players.

To put it simply, this event ruined game as a whole.

I don't know who came up with this brilliant idea but seriously.

Give me back my 1000 crystals

 

In last three battles my D/L was 30/6 , 30/1 and 49/8. It was good for me but not for VK because there were more VKs in opponent team. Hows that fair. Means I can't do anything for my Social Network unless I cheat.

It is an odd set of rules - killing enemies in a battle (necessary) hurts the SN team :wacko:

But you do get to keep the paint. B)

And if you reach 500+ you get your money back = free paint.

It is an odd ideas yes. The K/D match do not really matter, it only double the tiers you are eligible with. Your main objective should be one of theses (do not bother with the low prize):

• Prize for destroying 1500-2499 enemy tanks — 3000 crystals, 30 of each supply (except Gold Boxes), 1 day of Premium;
• Prize for destroying 2500-6999 enemy tanks — 5000 crystals, 50 of each supply (except Gold Boxes), 2 day of Premium;
• Prize for destroying 7000+ enemy tanks — 10 Gold Boxes, 100 of each supply (except Gold Boxes) and 3 days of Premium

Once you have reach your kill target, stop playing with it. The competition is really for hardcore players.

 

Your options as a player with a high K/D are limited:

- if too more opponents with the same paint as yours then switch side or do not wear it

- obviously focus on the opponent with the other paint or the standard paint

- do not bother, just kill - in the end it is just a gamble, because if many noobs buy your paint therefore you are doomed. VK seems pretty popular... but the k/D is over 50% so you would seems that you would win anyhow. So just play, if you don't get 500, then you will not be refunded, if your team stay above 50% then you double that amount.

I have literally no friends to play wasp fire..neither I can play normal or upgrades on match due to lack of upgradesbut still made top 10

OK team needs to stick together if they want a comeback. I have not decided yet and I may not even get a paint, but I may take sides, I'll kill more of the winning paint team to complicate things, just got 40 to 10 with OK paint in a trow away account.

 

With my big accounts I just join winning teams now.  :P

The paints only appear on Steam, standalone and web versions. They don't appear on Facebook, Miniclip etc.

All kills made with OK/VK paints during the event are counted, including Parkour mode, regular battles and all PRO battles.

There are less participants than I would have expected...maybe they are all hanging back to see who is ahead.

 

Many have said this is a junk event.  To me it is just fine.  It is based on K/D which pretty much means it will just be luck if your team wins...hey you have a 50% chance.  All those blue noobs getting slaughtered hurt the chances of blue winning even thought there are more of them and they will have the most kills overall.

 

BUT, the fact is you still can pretty much get free paint for minimal participation and if you go for a higher tier...like the 2500 kills over 7 days, you are golden...you still get that tiers rewards...and if you get lucky, maybe DOUBLE!  If not double it is still a nice reward.  I think this is much better than Tanki goofy weekend whatevers with harder missions.
