I'd really like some posters to think about what they say especially with "it will ruin the economy" and the advantages to those who collect big bounties. 

 

Ok so what are you saying? Are you saying that because of 2 hrs there will be no buyers ever again? Really think. Let's say for instance, someone received 300k crystals. or 100k. Or 500k. or heaven forbid 1 million. 

 

Has this never happened? Do the players who previously achieved this break the game? No. They just spend it in the garage. And keep playing. 

 

Think what equipment costs. An m3 turret is 215000. An m3 hulls is 215000. To upgrade them to m4 is 400k x2. So EVEN if someone got 1 200 000 crystals, they are going to have 1 combo at m4. In time with upgrading. IF they wait for sales, they ll have 2 combos at m4. 

 

I hate to break it to you folks, but I have 3 m4 turrets, and 2 m4 hulls. And there are people with maxed out garages. 

 

Whatever happened to tank today... is not going to break anything. 

 

People will still play. Some quit, who will quit regardless when something upsets them. Like an update. A nerf. 

 

But i really don't see eye to eye with those who don't believe we will keep both opened and unopened containers. 

 

I don't think the bind for tank to remove things is as essential as some would make it seem. 

 

The entire essence of the game is to allow people to develop.

 

What might happen, is thje top five ranks get good equip like upgrade m3s to m4s... um ok? that happens. More m4s at legend? That does absolutely nothing to hut the game.

 

lETS SAY SOMEONE with an m2 turret is able to upgrade it to m3. At very very ver y early rank. Ok. so they will be op... um yes. And they will rank. And then they will be at a level over a short period of time where m3 is balanced. And then what?

 

Plateau. Game absorbs it.

 

So every comment about breaking the economy or balance of the game I'd say easily is mute. 

 

The only question is for those who have bought. Someone bought to get x y and z. And someone got x y z, and a  b c d e f g h i j. For free, cause of this. 

 

And person got a b c d e f g h i j as well. A buyer is responsible. Now. The only thing I could say, is that buyers knew what they were getting. They said based on what i could get, I'm willing to pay for x number of containers at y price.

 

If i were tank id say everything stays. But all buyers have chance to request refund. Or keep what they got, and you know what. I bet some would be fine to keep what they got... because they already decided they were willing to pay for it. What others get doesn't change it. 

 

I'm thinking people are worried probably over nothing. At a given point 2 hrs, tank decided to shut down because yes, there was a problem as we al saw that couldn't go on FOR 24 HRS RIDICULOUS. But that ability to update can be hit any time. So they cut in when they did, and everything is fine.

 

Just wait guys, I'm actually fairly confident we keep containers opened and unopened.

imagine someone joining, and realizing getting to m3 or m4 would take over a year, and quitting. it would eventually happen. 

 

now it will faster, and we kept those players. everyone by legend gets m4s. whether it takes you 1 mnth to get to legend or 2 yrs. the game doesn't care. the game goes on.

and lets all of the other people who werent on want to quit, yes including me because a buyer cant even keep up with this kind of crap, because the amount of stuff earned far surpasses the original amount. sure, it won't affect the economy much but I dont really think that is the main point here....

1 month of premium? That's like $10 right?    130k gold boxes.....not possible, literally you read that wrong. 3000 supplies, all high ranks drug like heck anyways. I've seen legends on youtube with 20k of each supply. The paints could go, those are the only items that should be taken back. However, 10k players getting extra rewards doesn't harm the others, just bad luck for them not being online at the time.

Lol i bet your opinion would change if you didn't catch 100+ gold boxes. Basically right now Tanki either lets the players keep the rewards and then 1000 players will be happy but the rest of the community will be angry or they take away the rewards and 1000 players get sad but the rest continues as normal. If they take back everything then everything will go back to normal and the game keeps on running but if they don't take back the items a lot of the community

will be angry and start quiting...

But if they knew that it would happen then why would Nives had posted that post to alarm everyone what to expect? You see the logic in that? TO made stupid mistake which doesn't even seem like a mistake and told Nives to post what they were planning for Friday and then they end up shutting down the servers after despising what they originally planned. They don't think :/

The thing is they DIDN'T know what would happen. That's why they shut down the servers on such short notice, and as community manager, it's Nives's job to give us at least some idea of what's going on.
