While so many black boxes were falling, I suspected a mistake had been made. I also wondered what effect so many boxes falling for a couple days would have on overall game play after the event.

ok wow ...are you deluded the shop bundle is a rip off ....25000 cry etc for 59.00 euros... i mean really. 250.000 cry would almost justify there blatant rip off of our cash. suffice to say im not parting with my hard earned to line there vodka swilling pockets. if anyone in admin reads this take note.... were fed up of you lot trying to squeeze us dry, if you want our cash give us a way better incentive to part with it.AND stop bringing in ridiculous updates that are ruining this once excellent game. a few v-logs back you were talking about bringing in overdrives for hulls,DONT.you have already ruined isida ...shaft....vulcan etc and your explanation of why twins needed the alteration to stop self damage was woeful. its all down to cash. you might be fooling the kids with all your fancy tweaks....a laser for shaft....a trail left by rail when it fires etc but i and many many players like me (the ones with the cash) see this as a gimmick ...an unwanted gimmick that does little to enhance the game if at all. get your act together and start taking note of those that keep your business going. no more cash from me i hope the rest of the buyers take the same stance. remember its us not the kids who keep this viable.

So most of us know how you may or may not have messed up the black gold box drop rate to (8 turned sideways), and some of us actually were playing at the time. I happen to have been playing during this glitch and collected 102 black gold boxes. I spent 4 hours just to do this, and I am very disappointed that when I logged back on this morning all of my stuff was wiped except for 24 hours of premium. I beg you to return half of what we earned back to us, if not, at least a quarter of what we earned. Now I realize this might destroy the economy of this game, but not many people were playing at the time of this incident, so not many people will have much stuff. I opened the containers and received many cool items, such as the zeus paint, spectre, red suit, and even golden star. I also happened to rise from 80,000 crystals to 300,000 crystals from the containers I got from black gold boxes, and I was very happy, until you restarted the servers and wiped everybody's winnings away. It's not like we didn't fight during the black box rain, and it was in fact pretty hard to take a few. So please, consider returning some of our winnings back to us, because on a daily basis, I only get about and hour of time on this, and since it was thanksgiving yesterday I spent all my time trying to take as many gold boxes as I could. Thank you, and have a great day.

No, it will stay forever. Last time during Halloween bug, number of gold boxes in ratings page stays same.See this guy, still the number of gold boxes caught remains there forever = 1OOO.

No. Golds have a random chance of dropping. Sometimes you get loads from smol fund, sometimes none...

As far as I know, those players will not receive premium, only the ones that entered the game the first few hours after the server update. The best I can do for you is forward your concern.

There was a glitch in the system where black boxes were falling at a much higher rate than intended. Items obtained from those caught containers were removed. Now if you bought containers and lost the items they contained, you can contact the help desk to ask for a return.

Since it was never supposed to happen, items obtained through the black boxes won't be returned. As compensation for your spent time and effort, you received one day of premium. I hope you at least get to enjoy your premium.

Not because they are greedy. The players should have never gotten those items in the first place.

Gold drop chance normally is 1/10000, and with these black boxes, the chance should have stayed the same. Since it's a matter of chance, it's possible that 1 gold drops in 5 rounds only, but it's also possible that several golds drop in 1 round. There's no set amount per round. Hopefully you'll find more of them in your next battles.

I always like new updates(free or paid), so decided to get that 25 container combo.

 

Results with worst to best:

 

1 x 2 days premium 

4 x 3500 crystals 

3 x 125 speed boost 

1x 125 mines 

1 x 125 double armor 

2 x 125 double damage 

4 x 125 repair 

2 x 100 each supply 

3 x 5 gold boxes 

2 x 10k crystals 

1 x nano paint

1 x zeus paint

 

Extra results:

2 x game crash after opening container

 

Was is worth it? Yes, if you consider Zeus price and nano price. If you lack of funds, do not buy, it's kind of useless as best I got was cosmetics. Was actually hoping for 200k crystal award or something.
