What's hard to convey when a crisis like this happens, that it's more important to care about your own emotions and mental health more than a game. I know I work on Tanki as a CM, my job is to inform and calm down the most heated situations, but I promise you, no matter how angry you get at the time, tomorrow it still will be a free game, to leave and come back when you want.

 

Play for the friends and for fun, everything else just fades away with time :)

Just end this many people just mult with their Dictators.

 

And rethink the whole gambling thing.

 

Why do people want rare paints if they are not rare anymore?

Because of the server mistake, black boxes would drop every few seconds, and in just a couple of hours some players caught hundreds. This was not intended to happen.

 

 

I miss everything  :(

Here is my haul results:

Bought 39 containers, total price: USD46.54

Of all the 39, some notable rewards are:
1x 5 gold box set, 1x pajamas shop paint, 1x in love paint, 1x sweater paints, 2x 2 days premium. The rest are crystals and supplies...

However, i converted all of them into USD pricing(What amount can fetch them in the shop price).

 

For supplies, i used the cheaper way possible, and converted them from their total amount and tally them with the price in shop.

 

Honestly, the results were quite surprising to me... (This was my first time buying from tankionline), I received a total of: USD247.93 worth of items...

 

Even thought i did not get any rare paints(Disappointing to me) and thought my money was wasted in split seconds, however, after doing the calculations, I realised that i made a good profit from tanki... So, the amount spent on these containers were quite good and interesting.

 

OPINIONS:

Well, this black gold boxes was very interesting and made me play in battles daily throughout this celebrations to catch them(But the drop rate is horrendous low). I personally hope that this event could be improved further and should remain in the game to make it less P2P. If not, i hope for its return during christmas and new year celebrations..

 

For example:

• Special mission to allow players to get these boxes for free. (i.e 150 kills for 5 containers) 
• Lower the prices of containers.. 1 for USD 1.49 is cheap, but not cheap enough... I personally hope it would be more affordable to get more containers(Like 25 for USD 15.99). Selling them cheap wont do bad. Cheaper, means more players would buy. However, expensive, lesser people buy. 
• Increase the drop rate of them. Over these days, i only seen 3 from 3 days of playing... (Each day 4 hour)

If this was to be kept in game as an update, these improvement i expected are:

• Random box type drop. For example, the servers choose from an equal chance to drop boxes. Type 1: Common (Includes crystals from 500 to 2000 crystals) Type 2: Rare (Includes containers from 1000 crystals to gold boxes to garage paint to supplies to crystals. Low chance to get the animated paints). Type 3: Super Rare(Includes containers from 2000 crystals to everything else. Low chance for supplies and crystals, medium chance for animated paint. High chance for garage paint).
• Sell them in shop. 10 common containers: USD4.99 10 Rare: USD 9.99 10 Super:USD12.99
• Missions for each type.

However, the dropping rate was lower, I played couple of customised (and long) battles, and that was not the drop rate as usual. As an example: 80 minutes xp/bp with only 4 drops!! That's unheard of. 

Also it looks like the rates in customised battle was lower than normal battle... 

It TO killing GB in customised battles? :mellow:

Only 4 drops in XP/BP 80 minutes? So far I saw 0 Golds in XP/BP. 4 drops in 80 minutes seems pretty good for me.

 

90 minutes of Deck-9 CTF, only one dropped. I took it :D

That may or may not be true. From my reading it is not true. But none of us know how it really is coded.
