Stop changing tanki. More in-game events.

I am sure this will be declined.

 

A timeline of tanki online:

 

2008 - 2014 (i might be wrong about 2008): Tanki was beautiful.

2015: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 50% AND 70% SALES

2016: Hammer + Vulcan OP... ALSO !@#$%^&*() THE MODULES GIVE ME BACK PAINTS.

2017: MAGNUM OP 

 

As you can see tanki only sucks now because of bad updates, and there are barely any good updates compensating for them. You will also notice that the sales have been going down down down. 

 

My theory to save the game:

1. nerf hammer vulcan magnum and that rocket launcher thing so that they are still viable but definitely not OP.

2. create more maps. they dont ruin the game at all and they make the game much less stale.

3. better sales.

4. dont make any gamebreaking changes because we will never like em. 

 

And to the devs who want more money: This will not deter your profits. People who want to pay have already paid and will continue to pay and people who have never paid before will never plan on paying.

We only accept one idea per topic

  1. Such suggestions are to be posted in the "Let's Discuss Game Balance" topic. We don't accept requests to nerf or buff something in separate topics (with some rare exceptions) since most of the time such suggestions are heavily opinion-based. For example, you think that Vulcan and Striker are OP, while I think that those two are the weakest turrets in the game and deserve a massive buff.
  2. Maps take time to create and there are already over 70 maps in this game, of every gameplay style and variety.
  3. We already get 50% sales pretty much every month. It makes no sense to demand even more. We also do not accept ideas for discounts.
  4. This idea it too vague. Also, a game that doesn't have any changes or updates is a dead game.

Why more maps? So they’ll die like the 50 maps I haven’t seen a battle on in ages?

 

Better sales? We get sales each month basically, way more than in 2015 seemingly... can’t really complain about those now.

 

And I’ll never get the criticism about the modules and the paints thing. It’s ltierally the same thing, just separated so you can choose the module you want AND not look ugly at the same time :D Sure, possibly more expensive, but in other games (example LoL) the only way to make your character ( basically skins) look different is to purchase them with real money.

 

Gamebreaking changes like what do you mean....? I’m all open for huge updates imo, the same old game is very boring. (Assuming they are well tested before they’re released.... :p)

First things first - the balance has changed A LOT. Vulcan is nowhere near OP now, in fact, in my opinion it's the weakest turret in the game. Neither Striker nor Hammer are OP currently. Magnum is another story though.

 

Maps are not so much the problem as battle list and the fact that we are not longer able to create non-PRO battles.

Sales are fine. Halloween sales this year were quite good compared to previous years. We still haven't reached New Year's yet.

 

It might interest you to know that Hazel has big plans for the game, to completely overhaul it. Currently we are going through that overhaul period where things are being changed all the time and new things are being added constantly. Sure we might reach the golden future of Tanki one day, but for now we just suffer . . .

Hammer OP? Lol? It's only good when you use both alterations, but then you basically can't turn your turret and have the reload of Shaft. 

 

Magnum is the one that needs a nerf or less splash damage or make it more difficult to use.

 

More different maps just need to be added to the battle list, simple.

vulcan glitch is not fixed

 

vulcan is just playable. its not op. it is maybe slightly under powered for sure.

 

but its not unplayable.

 

doulbe isida with titan vulcan is probably the funnest strongest combo in the game. period

 

(one of the main reasons i say this, is because it is notably underpowered, you don't see many protections, which really does help its play worthiness - twins is more op in some senses though not really, but i join games these days were 8 out of 10 players in a game have legit twins protection i.e. 40 percent or above)

Hammer is decent but not over powered, easily overcome with double armour or prot module.

Vulcan is not OP as most users who use it do not know how to use it properly.

Magnum may be OP but getting the measurements right and power is something that requires alot of concentration. Its Self damage and reload make it not so OP. Create more maps? I agree but remove a couple of old maps that aren't used to often if you are going to do this. We don't need 100 maps.Better sales? The sales this year have actually been amazing, and with most of those sales come extra goodies (extra golds, battle funds, paints, etc) The paints have been amazing, just wait till christmas. I myself am very excited. 317k so far O_O. And last but not least changes, there has to be a bit of variation in the game or it will die slowly. Changes may be bad at first but they fix everything. (The only change I don't like is match making system bcos I like 2 choose my own battles to do missions.)

Well hope you learn something from what I said.
