See Location Of Friends In Battles

 

This is just very simple but would make such a difference when playing with friends in battles or with clan mates in competitive battles. Im proposing that tanki adds a small dot, logo, or your friends nickname over the area your friends tank is so you know where they are at all times. When Im playing with friends and talking on discord we tell each other where we are but it would be awesome if we ALWAYS knew where our friends or clanmates are.

 

This could look similar to when your infront of a teammate and see their name but it would only work for your friends on your team and can be seen across the whole map. If you still dont understand what i mean think of a game like BO3 where in zombies your teammates are outlined in white and you can see them through walls and see them move on the other side of the map...

 

You could also add a flag logo over your friend if they have the flag so you could meet up in battle and help protect eachother.

 

I see this as another way players can work together and communicate in tanki without using other programs like skype or discord.

Meh...with overdrives friends can activate together and wreck the whole enemy team making teams even more unbalanced.

not if both teams are capable of doing it too,,, something is unbalanced mainly when people have an advantage over others. This would be become a part of the game and everyone could use this feature, therefore I believe it is balanced.

 

Either way it is your opinion which you are entitled to. :)

The idea is linked with the Group function in the MM system. Playing with friend is good, but sometime you just can't find them. For example once they died they re-spawn randomly on the map and if you are not on call it's hard to find where they are. 
So like other games a clear visual (arrow with friend nick) would be useful to locate them.

An option to turn this off/on in settings would be required as it would be rather annoying for some people. But i find it a great idea that must be added to promote the feeling of community in the game.

I was going to say "stalker much" when I first saw the title of this idea. And when I read the full title, then I understood.

 

I think it would be really useful in parkour battles.
