Adding Back Shaft Skip Discharge (2 skips, and three skips)

Adding back the shaft " " skipping plasma charges was to me a cool thing in  the past experience of using shaft a funny double kill weapon. Those moments were rare at occasions but indeed they were awesome. Then a update came claiming that the skipping was a in game mistake and was unusable for in game use. I of course wan to bring back that special power ......

We do not accept ideas for bringing back removed features. Also, please explain your idea better - I have no idea what you're talking about.

Do not reject the idea it is a game idea that needs work in re balancing. There is no point to remove the feature from shaft giving we all know that feature back then was indeed weird but i was useful. Also the opportunity to get a double kill with a shaft was hard giving mostly impossible. But as we all know in real life snipers can indeed shoot through one or more targets with a single bullet. I can give more info towards the topic if you want.

Shaft does not function like a sniper.  TO does not have a sniper, at least in the infantry sense.

Shaft is much more of an armored sharpshooter or tank destroyer if we're talking about armored warfare.  And those don't shoot through targets- only a Railgun would realistically do that.

It might be a good idea, but it's still against the rules. Developers decided to remove the feature and we do not accept ideas for bringing back something that got removed.

It makes more sense with penetration.

The projectile does not stop dead inside the tank, it wreaks havoc in there, hence the deadliness of shaft. Wih enough power, it will go through IRL, so why not in-game too?

No I will not accept ignorance for 5 damn years this application was used in the shaft for free!! Honestly ill say that taking away Isida self healing properties make sense but you know what.. a bunch of people thought the idea wasn't "against the rules" so guess what the GAME MAKERS did they brought the function back! As a freaking ALTERATION!! (of course it was modified and balanced to make fair, not to mention it costs you a  lot to use it) So what is wrong with bring a favorable function back as a BALANCED ALTERATION??

There is no alteration that gives Isida self-healing. If you want an alteration post it in the ideas for alterations topic. Besides, there is a reason old features are not accepted -  they were removed for a reason and every removal was a decision with a lot of thought behind it. Do you seriously think the devs would bring things back just because you want them to?

They will eventually add Isidas lost feature as a Alteration...... Just watch its all about the balancing......

They will also do the same to Shafts lost feature as an Alteration.... Who doesn't think the idea is a bad one?

Honestly i would think Shaft's past feature will come back into the game sooner or later, but what i quoted about the Isida was wrong but still the idea was an interesting one..... 

 

I will not disagree about the comments above but still the idea will still be talked over... someday it may be a possibility that the old features will come back but will be dramatically changed with a higher cost to pay to use them... 

 

I will accept further comments about the above! Thank you for the the great feed back!!

The shafts pasts features were added on purpose for a long while... as of 5 years of no issues they dramatically stripped a function that wasn't a in game balancing problem.... The Shaft's Penetration feature was never a violation of the rules of balancing... 

 

Could they try to add it back?

I also feel that removing multi kills with shaft is also kind of unfair. I loved that! Rail still has it ...

 

 

 

They removed the Penetrating Power entirely. 

 

Then they turned around and buffed the Rail's. Rail's penetarting Power is now 100% at m4.

 

Disapointed.

 

 

My only gripe with the update, however, is when my shots randomly disappear when in scope mode. It rarely happens to me but when it does, it happens at the most inopportune times. I hope the developers look into this ASAP. As for the turret turning glitch, I do not experience it at all since I use mouse controls now.
