I guess this is nice but you seriously need to sort out the new fly hack system for parkour. It completely stops you from doing magnum or thunder parkour. Please fix

I wish Tanki would just turn off the anti-fly-hack system for parkour mode... Who cares if some hy6 is hacking in parkour? They don't gain anything...

Earlier I was checking my friends lists, and I notice that many, more than half at least, have not played in a long time or play casually, so their ranks are very low compared to my accounts now.

 

So what I'm going to do is copy all the low rank nicknames in my higher accounts and invite them from my lower accounts, and vice versa. And maybe have a list in txt file of all the friends in all my accounts and maybe delete those that are out of rank of any of my accounts.

 

Likewise those that have thousands of friends should start saving and removing low rank friends.

 

Someone said that this was not a problem before and why it is now, that's something to think about, but if it is true that it helps it is okay with me. Let's keep in mind too that they need to optimize the game as much as possible for HTML5.

 

I don't know exactly how they are preventing hackers from taking the gold now, but I think if it's still happening they should move Gold drop spots to open spaces and then put an invisible walls and ceiling on top of it to prevent jumping and flying hackers from taking the Gold. And fix Dictator, it takes little effort to get on top of other tanks.

For you this might seem a lot or maybe enough but it's not like that.

There are people who are playing this game from a long time and they've already reached their limit (300 people) but they are keep meeting new people. And what if they can't add each other only because of it? Or let's say that they deleted one of their closest friends by mistake and they won't be able to add them again, that's unfair.

There is an easy way to calculte. The window show 18 friends at the same time. So just scroll and scroll, everytime to the last nickname. And then, X x 18 = your number of friends.

You don't have to type nicknames, just use the Copy nickname feature and then paste the copied nick on any open text file.

The search bar should be used to also search from your list.

 

And I think there should be filters for ranks and for time of inactivity, then a delete various function using check boxes.

With this new friends list update i personally think that unlimited friends was better then having limited friends.

I have a lot of friends, and it is nice to interact with them but since i have a lot of them i can't add anyone else

After this update, i was left only with a little above 1.000 friends. All the old names from years ago, who brought back memories every time i stomped on them, are now gone.

Also, now i cannot add any more friends? WHAT? How is that supposed to be useful? But I believe it is supposed to say "Battle Mods" and not "Battle Modes".

To be honest, i have extremely high standards regarding friends, IN REAL LIFE, hence the really small number of them which i have (u can count them on ur hands fingers with ease)

But in tanki? where we dont really care about each other, we don't care what we look like, where r we from etc., there's no need for high standards.

All i care about is 1: Be strong (not mandatory). 2: Have some brains (be rational, don't act like a kid) 3: Be respectful 4: Speak english so we can understand each other (not mandatory).

And some of those who happen to have these, will happen to end up in my friend list. Of course, not everyone, but on the course of 4+ years, they added up little by little, ending in this current big number.

 

Tanki is not a social media platform? OH but u r so wrong. Whats this Forum for? Whats the friend list for? Whats the lobby chat for? Remove these 3, and you will see how at least half of the current active players (about 30-35k at the peak of the day) will leave without any doubt this game. Very few will stay for the game alone.

There's a need for refinements, but I like the Friends List update. Many like to add friends just because they are good at battle, they are druggers or buyers, and that creates a problem because when those friends play against regular players they become a better team just because they made friends with good players. There's also the problem of teams in DM.

 

A limitation to the amount of friends will create more balanced battles.

 

And I think more is needed from the Friend List system, for example:

• There should be a limit of 2, 3 or 4 friends per team in a Standard team battle, depending on how full the battle is.
• Friends shouldn't join opposing teams in Standard battles and in DM there should be a limit of 2 or 3 friends, depending in how full the battle is.
• There should be 24 hour cooldown after you remove a friend for the system to consider that player as not your friend anymore.
