Tanki Help Me with my problem......

 

When i was playing on December 2nd, my friend told me someone hacked my account and that he was using the

something known as 'Go through tanks' and jump hack. I didn't believe him because I knew that noone had my password instead of me. And i continued playing as usual in the December 3rd also a few normal battles and a xp/bp polygon battle. And at the moment I had 113k,..

And when i went to school the next day which was 4th of December. After i came home. This is what I saw....

I had only 3k left in my account. Someone had bought shaft m2 in my account.... so someone almost used 110k....

I sent help@tankionline.com a letter and they told me to Fill in the form for dissapeared  crystals/xp.

But this is what they sent me back,

And I am saying you again, No body that I KNEW had my password so it's obvious someone I didnt know had. So its NOT my friends NOR Relatives.. So please consider this matter again...

 

It's very important to me so consider this matter again. As I DIDNT PURCHASE SHAFT M2!

You should send them another email saying that you got hacked, and they'll ask you to fill up a form for that, I think... I say, go try and see what happens.

I did send them 3 emails. And they said the information was wrong.

Send an email to help@tankionline.com and tell them you have this problem. After making sure you didn't spend the crystals yourself, they will be added back to your account and the bought items will be removed. And if you already did this good luck. Also read this http://help.tankionline.com/topics/2365-how-to-protect-your-account-against-phishers-scammers-hackers/ and when writing to help@tankionline.com make sure you provide them with useful information like your nickname any new items in the Garage that you did not purchase? And the crystals most likely will be added back but the stuff that was bought will be removed.
