I don't actually think the prizes are even necessary at this point - it's an added incentive, but this is more of a bragging rights thing than anything else. I like it when competitions are just for fun, not everything needs to have a prize reward. Part of the reason why I was surprised to see even a few people complaining about the crystals. Stop complaining people, just earn it yourself. Have fun.

I wonder how many of Claudiu and Oufa's fans will put in for them. I believe at last count they are some of the most followed and well known Tanki players. Personally, I submitted myself, because Narcissism and why not.

 

Edit: the thing about there being "only one best" player is that a whole bunch of us are skilled. Thats why I don't expect my YT channel of G+ page to ever get big and famous. There are too many good players to compete with each other, not to mention the skilled content creators and those who market themselves the best.
